Xpirient Review – Scam? Compensation Plan Breakdown

Welcome to my Xpirient Review!

Is Xpirient a scam?

This is a very important question before joining any opportunity because you don’t want to end up joining a program that ends up wasting a bunch of your time or worse, steals your money.

We are going to determine this by researching many aspects about the opportunity like the company and who is behind it all, the products or service they offer, and the compensation plan, and how you earn commissions.

We don’t want to jump to any conclusions and take a look at a broad overview to better understand how Xpirient works before coming to a conclusion.

Xpirient Review

The reason why I decided to review Xpirient was due to the fact that I started seeing various promotions on the social media websites that I belong to and wanted to find out for myself what this program was all about.

So, the first thing we are going to cover in my review is what Xpirient is about, then jump into the company information.

So, let’s get started.

Xpirient Review – What Is It?

Xpirient Reviews

When I first visited the website, I was presented with a 1-page company page with a video introduction that felt like a sales video that in my opinion was more of a generic old feeling overview video that briefly explained information about the company, the products, and how you can earn money.

There wasn’t too much information on that page but this is what I gathered.

Xpirient is an MLM program that deals in “what the company website features as travel” and also offer some type of discount club.

Xpirient Company Review

Xpirient Company CEO Owner Unkown

Like I explained in the last section of my review, the company website doesn’t provide much information, and that includes who runs or operates the Xpirient opportunity.

Upon further research found in social media, Chris Kent is the person that owns the company but he is not listed on any of the pages that I found.

This is not a good start, companies that are transparent make for a better presentation especially when dealing with a company that is in the MLM niche.

I also checked out the domain name and found that it was privately registered with no ownership disclosed.

The only place to claim ownership that I’ve found was Chris’s Facebook page where he is claiming ownership for Xpirient.

The domain name was registered on September 12th, 2017.

Interestingly enough before starting Xpirient, he was the international marketing director for WorldVentures.

Man, I keep hearing more and more stories where many of the top management have left or got dismissed by WorldVentures to go out and start a company outside of WorldVentures that has some similarities.

Is there something going on over there at WorldVentures?

Apparently, the Xpirient is based out of Hillsborough County, Florida.

the next section of my review will cover information about the products that Xpirient has to offer.

Xpirient Review – The Products

The only information about the products was found in that video on the company page that I explained earlier.

Xpirient Products Review

What I am gathering since there is no written copy about what they actually offer you will get access to a third-party travel portal with additional services like a prescription discount club, pet benefits, online stores, with additional services offered that are similar.

I don’t see any physical products included.

The Xpirient Compensation Plan

Xpirient is an MLM company that utilizes a unilevel compensation plan with additional commissions that you can qualify for like bonuses and benefits.

The way that a unilevel compensation plan works is that all of your personally referred members will be on your first level.

The way to have additional levels will come from the production of your personal referrals.

Here is a quick explanation of how it works:

  • 1st Level – This level will only have your personal referrals.
  • 2nd Level – Members referred from your personal members on level 1.
  • 3rd Level – Members referred by members from level 2.
  • and so on…

Xpirient has a traditional way to pay out commissions to its members.

Sponsor new members, get commissions, with duplications and further production gets paid more.

Here is a breakdown of the ranks that you can qualify for in Xpirient with the requirements.

Xpirient Affiliate Ranks

Xpirient offers 12 levels of ranks.

They include:

  • Crown Executive Level – To qualify for this level you will need to generate $1,000,000 GV per month every month and refer at least 4 active retail customers and/or personally referred Consultants

Definitions

When referring to GV, it simply means “Group Volume”, which means all volume that is generated from personal and team customers and members that are specifically on your team or generated from any level of your team efforts.

There is a limit on the actual earning you can earn from the compensation plan when you hit Partner to Sapphire Executive that will limit the GV qualification to 50% or less from any team on your unilevel.

This is also the case when you move from Ruby to Sapphire by 40%.

Sponsorship and Retail Commissions

The affiliate members are paid through retail and sponsorship efforts and paid commissions that are calculated by the following each week:

  • When you generate up to $1000 in new group volume in an individual week you will receive a 10% retail and sponsorship commission rate.
  • When you generate $1001 to $2000 in new group volume in an individual week you will receive a 15% retail and sponsorship commission rate.
  • When you generate $2001 or more in new group volume in an individual week you will receive a 20% retail and sponsorship commission rate.

Sponsorship Bonuses

Every month they have a sponsorship bonus where you can earn additional commissions that work like this:

  • For every month that you sponsor 4 new consultants ranked personal members you will receive a $99.99 sponsorship bonus.

If those 4 new personally sponsored members accumulate at least $2,500 worth of sales within a month you will receive an additional bonus of $300.

This $300 bonus can be earned multiple times per month based on the newly sponsored 4 members as stated above.

Residual Commissions

The Xpirient residual income works with the unilevel compensation plan structure.

The unilevel has 6 levels of commissions that you can earn from.

Xpirient Compensation Plan Unilevel Bonus Review

I’ve included a simple guide at the beginning of the compensation plan section of my review that explains how a unilevel pay plan works for reference.

The way that the Xpirient residual payments are calculated is by percentages and the levels that you qualify for.

Here is a quick breakdown:

  • Associate Rank – At this rank, you will earn 5% on your level 1 personally referred members.
  • Marketer Rank – At this rank, you will earn 5% on levels 1 and 2.
  • Ambassador Rank – At this rank, you will earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on level 3.
  • Partner Rank – At this rank, you will earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 and 4.
  • Director Rank – At this rank, you will earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 4% on levels 3 to 5.
  • Executive Rank – At this rank and above you will earn 5% on levels 1 and 2 and on levels 3 – 6 you will earn 4%.

Generational Bonus

Xpirient offers generational bonus commissions to qualified members as well.

Xpirient Compensation Plan Generational Bonus

When you qualify as a Sapphire Executive and above you are qualified to earn generational bonuses.

The way that this works is when there is a qualified Sapphire ranked member found in one of your unilevel legs that would be considered your first-generation Sapphire Executive member.

When another Sapphire Executive member is found on the same leg that Sapphire Executive member is considered your 2nd generation Sapphire member in that leg, and so on.

You can repeat these generational match bonuses through different lags and the same concept will apply.

Xpirient has different specifications when this is applied like when there are no more Sapphire Executive members found on one of your unilevel legs the generation is extended and if there are too many ranked Sapphire Executive members located in any 1 leg those extra members will be branched off to the next leg over.

Xpirient offers 7 generations of Generational bonuses that you can qualify for starting when you become a Sapphire Executive ranked member and commissions are calculated like this:

  • Sapphire Executive Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will be able to earn 4% on up to three generations per unilevel pay leg.
  • Ruby Executive Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will be able to earn 4% on up to four generations per unilevel pay leg.
  • Emerald Executive Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will be able to earn 4% on up to five generations per unilevel pay leg.
  • Diamond Executive Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will be able to earn 4% on up to six generations per unilevel pay leg.
  • Crown Executive Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will be able to earn 4% on up to seven generations per unilevel pay leg.

Xceleration Bonus

Xpirient offers what they call an Xceleration Bonus that you can earn additional commissions with.

The way that it works is defined in the first 60 days after you create a new unilevel leg (every time you sponsor a new affiliate member).

You will be able to earn a 2% volume bonus on any newly created unilevel leg for the first 60 days after generating the leg.

The Xceleration Bonus is a 2% volume bonus on newly created unilevel legs, paid out on the first 60 days of a newly generated leg.

This will continue down 3 levels of sponsorship.

Lifestyle Bonus

Another way that you can earn from the Xpirient compensation plan is through a Lifestyle Bonus.

Xpirient Compensation Plan Lifestyle Bonus

The volume is calculated each month as a new month.

The way to qualify for these additional bonuses are based on group volume production and broken down like this:

  • When you generate $4000 GV in a given month you will get a $200 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $8000 GV in a given month you will get a $400 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $15,000 GV in a given month you will get a $600 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $30,000 GV in a given month you will get an $800 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $60,000 GV in a given month you will get a $1200 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $120,000 GV in a given month you will get a $2500 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $250,000 GV in a given month you will get a $5000 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $500,000 GV in a given month you will get a $10,000 Lifestyle Bonus
  • When you generate $1,000,000 GV in a given month you will get a $25,000 Lifestyle Bonus

Leadership Bonus Pool

And the last way that you can earn from the Xpirient compensation plan is with a Leadership Bonus Pool.

In order to qualify for the Leadership Bonus Pool is by reaching and qualifying for the rank of Emerald Executive rank and above.

The Xpirient company will award you 2% of the company-wide sales volume as commissions and separated evenly with any member that qualifies to get it.

The qualified members will earn shares of the Leadership Bonus Pool starting at Emerald rank and calculated like this:

  • Emerald Rank members will be awarded 1 share.
  • Diamond Rank members will be awarded 2 shares.
  • Crown Rank members will be awarded 4 shares.

Ruby Executive rank and higher are also given additional shares.

The next section of my review will cover the questions that members will have when they are deciding to join.

Xpirient FAQ

In this section of my review, I cover questions that potential members have before they join.

What Is The Cost To Join Xpirient?

The cost to join Xpirient is the initial $499.99 and then $99.99 a month that comes with affiliate membership.

After two months, Xpirient affiliates will also begin to be charged an additional $9.99 for entry to their back office, marketing office, and other resources.

Is Xpirient BBB Accredited?

Xpirient is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau at this time.

They have the company listed with an A- due to it not having enough time of running to accredit it.

You can find information that I am referring to on the BBB here.

Is Xpirient A Scam?

Is Xpirient A Scam

I feel that the company has a lot of work to do to become 100% compliant.

Although at this time I feel that it is not a scam, I feel that they need to disclose much more information on their company page.

A lot of how the compensation plan works is through affiliate sponsorships and not really by customer commissions.

It is a bit confusing but I got the jist of it all with the information I was presented with.

With that said, let’s move on to the last section of my review and finish up here.

My Final Xpirient Review and Final Thoughts

In the final section of my review, I will cover my personal thoughts and opinions on what I think about the Xpirient opportunity.

I feel that the company and opportunity has a ton of potential.

I feel that they have a lot of cleaning up to do especially on the company website in order to be fully compliant.

I feel the process when they launched was rushed for some reason.

The compensation plan seems amazing and very technical, but what about the rest of the opportunity.

What happened?

The main product that I feel Xpirient is leading with is travel, but I don’t see any type of direction or specific highlighting of this on the company website.

Another thing that throws up a red flag for me is that there is no mention of who owns it on the company website.

Is it because that the owner is an ex-employee for World Ventures and many people see them as thugs, and the owner doesn’t want any issues with them legally?

I’m not sure and totally making assumptions right now, but something seems to be fishy.

Sow the question that some of you might be asking is if I would join Xpirient?

At this time, no I would not.

And I would not join for the issues I have listed here on my review.

Too many red flags at this time, but I do see that they have a lot of potentials.

Maybe I would consider it after they clean up all of their issues.

With that said, I hope you enjoyed my Xpirient review.

  1. Pretty harsh words starting out lracing the reading wondering about scams, simply for seo purposes…. Chris and Deloris Kent are great people and I’ve known Chris since 2010. He is a great leader in MLM and has the highest integrity I’ve ever seen in my 15 years in the business. Thugs? Really?? This is quite a shame…..small time fake news….

    • Hello Jeffrey, thank you for your contribution. My reviews are mainly based on “what is found” on the company website and what the company offers to people. I can only go by that information as the main resource for my reviews. I didn’t call Xpirient a scam, I simply stated that they need to be more transparent with the information that they have on the website, why is it they are not transparent in that way? I feel they do have an overall good business model but feel they lack in some areas. The mention of “thugs” was a reference from other resources. My reviews are based on “facts” (when referencing to compliance laws) and also “opinions” or thoughts which I do state in my articles. Also, this is a review on the overall business model, and not on the individuals that own the company, these are 2 separate entities.
