I was doing some searching around for new opportunities and run across this program, so I wanted to see how it works and what they offer.
I found some very interesting comments on the internet that ranged from positive and negative which also piqued my interest to take a closer look.
I am going to take the time to research and review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan to see how it works and if XIPWorks is worth it.
In the final section of my review, I am going to share my final thoughts and recommendation.

What Is XIPWorks?
XIPWorks is an MLM company that offers a travel program and hemp products that are designed to help you relax, sleep, and ease some of your pain that comes in different applications. The MLM side of the company offers an income opportunity where you can earn commissions when you recruit people to join XIPWorks through your affiliate link and by building your downline team.
The niche that I would say that XIPWorks is in would be the MLM hemp and travel niche.
Company Overview
One of the things that I like to see when researching an MLM company is to see who owns it. This will give me the ability to learn about the owner’s experience and the history that they have.
If the owner has a bad history or poor experience I would really think twice about representing someone like that.
With that said, there was no information about who owns or runs XMWorks on any of the company website pages which is never a good thing as far as transparency.
I was trying to see if I can find any information online about the owner and run across some information that stated that Christopher Bratta owns the company.
Christopher is the owner of isXperia which seems similar to XIPWorks and also seems to offer all of the products and services that isXperia offers.
Now, I cannot confirm this information but I thought I would throw it out there just because it makes sense. If you know who the owner is and can verify it with a link, just post it below in my comment section.

XIPWorks Products – What Do They Offer?
In this section of my XIPWorks review, I am going to cover the products that they offer.
As I mentioned earlier, XIPWorks offers products that contain hemp. Hemp comes from the Marijuana plant that is known for THC which has properties that help with pain relief and relaxation.
Here are some of the products that XIPWorks offers are:
- Hemp Oil – This is the straight oil that you can just rub on your skin or drop under your tongue.
- XSleep – This is a sleep aid that contains melatonin and hemp oil and comes in gummies.
- XRelief – This is a roll-on gel that you can use for pain relief similar to a product like Bengay.
- XRise – This is their coffee that contains hemp.
- XRefresh – This is their energy drink.
- and many more
XIPWorks also offers a travel program that is supposed to provide discounts when you travel.

How Does The XIPWorks Compensation Plan Work?
In this section of my XIPWorks review, I am going to cover the information about how their compensation plan works.
There are a few ways that you can make money with the XIPWorks opportunity, but it all stems from recruiting new XIPWorks members through your affiliate link and building your downline team.
The bigger your team that you can build, the more money that you will make in the form of residual income and bonus commissions.
The more money that you can make with XIPWorks is tied into the higher ranks that you can qualify for which is directly related to how big your personal downline team gets.
Let’s dive into how it all works and start with retail commissions.
Retail Commissions
Usually, the cost that an affiliate member would purchase a product in an MLM company is called the wholesale cost.
The retail cost would be a higher price for non-affiliate members. In the case of XIPWorks, the difference is 25% and that is what you will earn when you sell the products to retail customers.
With that said, one of the most important aspects of any MLM company is the ranks that the company has in place.
The higher the rank that you achieve will mean, the more money that you earn in the company and goes hand in hand with recruiting retail and affiliate members and by building a downline team.
Let’s break down the ranks.
Ranks and Qualifications
There are a total of 11 ranks that XIPWorks offers.
Here is a quick breakdown of the ranks and what you will need to do to qualify for each one:
- Promoter Rank – To qualify for this rank you will need to pay $110 per month. This will qualify you to earn commissions.
- 2 Star Rank – To qualify for the 2 Star Rank, you will need to personally recruit 2 Promoters.
- 3 Star Rank – To qualify for the 2 Star Rank, you will need to personally recruit 3 Promoters.
- 4 Star Rank – To qualify for the 2 Star Rank, you will need to personally recruit 4 Promoters.
- 5 Star Rank – To qualify for the 2 Star Rank, you will need to personally recruit 5 Promoters.
- 6 Star Rank – To qualify for the 2 Star Rank, you will need to personally recruit 6 Promoters.
- 9 Star Rank – To qualify for the 2 Star Rank, you will need to personally recruit 9 Promoters.
- 12 Star Rank – To qualify for the 2 Star Rank, you will need to personally recruit 12 Promoters.
The $110 per month is required for all ranks.
Rapid Star Bonus Commissions
These are bonus commissions that you can earn when you sponsor a certain amount of affiliate members.
Every time you recruit 3 affiliate members to XIPWorks, you will earn an additional bonus commission of $50.
Residual Commissions (binary)
The way that XIPWorks pays and tracks their residual commission payouts to their members is by using the binary compensation plan structure.
Here is a quick breakdown of how the binary works:
- Binaries have only 2 legs
- The 2 legs can be built down to an unlimited depth
- Each leg will count for its own sales volume amount that will count toward your commissions
- You need to personal recruit and maintain an active affiliate member on both legs at all times to qualify for the binary residual commissions with XIPWorks
- Positions in the binary can be filled by spillover, personal sponsoring, and team duplication
- Commissions are paid out weekly
- Any unused volume will be carried over to the next week.
With that said, XIPWorks pays “up to” 24% on your weaker leg which simply means the leg that has less volume.
The residual commissions are offered to 2 Star ranked members and above. Promotors do not earn residual commissions.
Here is a quick breakdown of what you can earn:
- 2 and 3 Star Ranks – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 8% of your weaker leg per week.
- 3 Star Rank – When you qualify for this rank, (plus do it within 10 days after enrolling) you will earn 12% of your weaker leg per week. If you don’t make it in 10 days, you are still stuck at 8%.
- 4 Star Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 14% of your weaker leg per week.
- 5 Star Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 16% of your weaker leg per week.
- 6 Star Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 18% of your weaker leg per week.
- 9 Star Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 20% of your weaker leg per week.
- 12 Star Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 24% of your weaker leg per week.
If there is no weaker leg volume, then you will not get paid until you accumulate some volume on your weaker leg.
Check Match Bonus Commissions
This will start to pay out when you reach the rank of Star 3 and start to have duplication in your team downline.
When your personally enrolled members and downline team members start to earn residual income, you will have the chance to qualify to earn a percentage of their earnings too.
These commissions are paid and tracked using the unilevel compensation plan structure.
The first level will have your personally recruited, the second level will have the personally recruited from your level 1 members, the third level will have the personally recruited members that your level 2 members personally sponsored, and so on.
Here is a quick breakdown of what that looks like:
- 3 Star Rank – Qualify for this rank and earn 20% on your personally recruited member’s residual income.
- 6 Star Rank – Qualify for this rank and earn 20% on your personally recruited members and also 10% on your level 2 level members residual income earnings.
- 9 Star Rank – Qualify for this rank and earn 20% on your personally recruited members and also 10% on your levels 2 and 3 level members residual income earnings.
- 12 Star Rank – Qualify for this rank and earn 20% on your personally recruited members and also 10% on your levels 2 through 4 level members residual income earnings.
Lifestyle Bonus Commissions
The Lifestyle Bonus commissions are based on the sales volume that is produced in your unilevel compensation plan structure.
As you qualify for a higher rank in the company, you can qualify to earn up to 6% of the sales volume on 3 or more legs.
That is really all there is about the XIPWorks compensation plan that I was able to find at this time but I would always recommend referring to the official company compensation plan PDF or documents for the most up-to-date information because MLM companies like to change their compensation plans over time.

Is XIPWorks Accredited With The BBB?
After looking and searching through the BBB website, I couldn’t find any listing or accreditation that XIPWorks has with them.
Not having a listing or accreditation does not make a company a scam, it just means that they are not listed or accredited with the BBB at this time. Also, there are many companies that have been running for years and seem very legitimate that also have no listing or accreditation so I wouldn’t say that the BBB is the determining factor for a company being a legit one or a scam.
What’s The Cost To Join XIPWorks?
With XIPWorks, you can actually create an account for free but a free account does not offer much of anything other than creating an account.
To earn any commissions with XIPWorks, you will need to pay $10 to sign up and pay another $100 to become commission qualified.
After the initial first month, you will have to maintain a $100 monthly order to stay commissions qualified.

Is XIPWorks A Scam?
After taking a look at all the information I gathered in my review, I can’t say whether XIPWorks is a scam or not.
One of the telling signs that an MLM company has issues is when they don’t offer any retail products which XIPWorks says they do which is a good thing.
Some of the things that I take issue with is the lack of transparency about who owns the company and when I researched it looked like the actual owner is running 3 separate companies at the same time with similar products and compensation plans which usually never work in the MLM industry. Maybe they are just trying to keep it going to keep the fire burning?
Either way, I don’t see any issues, but I would be cautious if you decide to move forward and join XIPWorks.
