One of the questions that we are going to answer that people have about this company is if it is a scam or not.
We wouldn’t want to join a company that turns out to be a scam because it can cause you to lose a ton of time and money that is never a good thing to happen.
But how do you know what to look for?
By reading my reviews of course!
We are going to dig into the information about the Veribella company details, the products they offer, and the compensation plan they have to offer.
We are going to take that information and see if they at least provide everything they need to be in compliance with the law which will at least tell us that the company does care about being legitimate.
In the last section, we are going to share our final thoughts about what we really think about the Veribella opportunity as a whole and let you know what we really think about it.

Veribella Review – What Is It?
Veribella is an MLM company that gives you the ability to earn money from home and sell products to people that are interested.
The niche that I would consider the company to be in would be the personal care and skincare product niche.
Company Overview
One of the things that we like to see in any MLM company is some information about the company owner on their website.
This gives us the opportunity to check out the background and the experience that the owner has.
With that said, we were able to locate that the CEO is Dave Fiala and the company is based out of Colorado in the United States.
Kirk Elliot is the co-founder of the company.
It appears that both men do not have that much if any experience in MLM in their past that we were able to find online.
Veribella is not the first company that they started together.
They also currently have a running company that is called Spark Capital that is not an MLM company and offers products that include eCommerce, cosmetics, and skincare as partnered brand companies.
Interestingly enough, Veribella is not listed on their Spark Capital website as of right now, but maybe later down the road.
With that said, that is all that we have about the company information, let’s continue.

How Does Veribella Work?
In this section of my Veribella review, I am going to share some details about how it works if you were to decide to join as an affiliate member to earn commissions.
The first step is to find an affiliate member to join under.
The next thing to do is to get familiar with your back office and learn what you will need to do to earn affiliate commissions with the Veribella compensation plan they offer.
You will want to find the affiliate URL that the company gives you in your back office.
Also, you will want to learn about the ways that you can promote Veribella, some companies have strict rules about advertising your business on the internet.
Then find people to share your link with, and to share the opportunity within the ways that are taught to you by your upline members or by the company.
Once you find customers and affiliate members to join you, you will start to see your first commissions.
Your goal is to find other people that want to build Veribella by sharing their links with others and doing the same.
The bigger downline you create through duplication and customer sales will mean the more money you will earn with the company.
Then all you do is rinse and repeat.
It will take a while to build a solid and stable residual income business, so you will have to really stay committed for a few years.
That is really all there is to it.

What Products Does Veribella Offer?
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the products that Veribella offers.
Veribella offers personal health care, but as of right now, it seems that they are only offering skincare.
They do have stated on their website that they are going to offer additional products, but they are not offering an ETA on when they are going to be available.
Here is a breakdown of the products that they are offering as of right now:
- Instant Fix Firming Gel – This product is a cream that you apply to your face that will help eliminate puffiness under your eyes, diminish fine lines and wrinkles that only has safe ingredients. This product retails for $62 per bottle.
- R&R Super Serum – This product is a cream that is enriched with antioxidants that will help moisturize and replenish your skin while it helps brighten and hydrate your skin. This product retails for $74 per bottle.
- Renew Super Pack – This product is a package that contains 2 products. It offers the R&R Super Serum and the Magic Minute Mask. The Magic Minute Mask is a refining mask that helps to maintain a youthful appearance. This product retails for $154 per pack.
- Lash and Brow Serum – (coming soon) This product will help your eyelashes and eyebrows. This product does not yet have a retail cost listing yet on the website.
Here are some of the additional “coming soon” product lines that they have listed:
- a focus, mood, and metabolic energy mix
- a clarity, mood, and vitamin coffee
- a skincare essentials product
- and some skin care supplements of some kind
All of the products that are listed as “coming soon” don’t have any information about when they are actually going to launch or get listed for purchase.

How Does The Veribella Compensation Plan Work?
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the Veribella opportunity.
There are 2 ways that you can make money with Veribella which are:
- Retail Commissions and
- Referral Commissions
Getting Started
When you want to get started and earn commissions with the opportunity that the company provides you need to qualify with at least 100 PV per month which means “personal volume”.
Retail Commissions
As a qualified affiliate member for Veribella, you can earn retail commissions.
Retail commissions are earned when you sell products through your affiliate replicated website that is assigned to you or through offline marketing tactics where you purchase the product for wholesale and then you sell that product for what it retails for.
Offline Retail Commissions
When you purchase the product for wholesale and sell it to offline customers, you simply keep the difference between the amount that you purchased the product for and the price that you sold it for.
Online Retail Commissions
There is a 2 tier system when selling the products to customers online.
On the first tier, you will earn 10% commissions for each product sold.
The second tier consists of earning 20% commissions on retail products sold when you reach 2000 PV worth of sales in a single month.
Retail Autoship Credit
Veribella also offers what they call a retail auto-ship credit.
You get this credit when you have 3 or more retail customers join, or go on an auto-ship product plan.
Basically, for every 3 retail auto-ship customers, you have you get a credit that goes towards your own orders each month.
Residual Commissions
This is the part of the compensation plan that attracts the majority of people to MLM companies.
You can earn residual commissions from every member and customer that orders their products each month, and you get a percentage of commissions per your downline orders.
Varibella uses the MLM Matrix compensation plan structure to pay out the residual income.
The Matrix is structured in 3 by infinite levels that you can earn from, which is different from almost every matrix structure that we have come across, where most other structures are cut off at a certain amount of levels.
With that said, even though the company says that they pay on unlimited levels, they really don’t.
Veribella pays on a certain amount of matrix “positions” based on the rank that you qualify for in the compensation plan.
Additionally, both any downline member and yourself must also qualify with 100 PV per month or be on a 100 PV autoship to be placed in your matrix structure.
All of your Matrix positions can be filled with direct and indirect sponsoring.
Here is a breakdown of what you will earn on the positions on your matrix compensation plan depending on the rank that you qualify for:
- Senior Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 12 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $150 per month.
- Marketing Director Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 24 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $250 per month.
- Regional Marketing Director Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 45 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $500 per month.
- Senior Marketing Director Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 90 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $900 per month.
- Executive Marketing Director Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 210 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $1800 per month.
- Division Vice President Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 390 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $3250 per month.
- Senior Field Vice President Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 900 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $6500 per month.
- Executive Field Vice President Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 2100 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $12,500 per month.
- Senior Field Chairman Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 4800 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $25,000 per month.
- Executive Field Chairman Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 10,000 matrix positions and earn a residual commission of $72,500 per month.
- Presidential Advisory Council Rank – When you are qualified at this rank, you can get paid on 20,000 matrix positions, maintain at least 3 personally referred members and earn a residual commission of $72,500 per month.
Matching Bonus Commissions
The matching bonus commissions that the company offers works when you personally referred members earn residual commissions each month.
When you qualify for a Regional Marketing Director Rank and higher, you will earn a 20% math on the monthly residual commission check that they make.
Council Pool Company Commissions
Veribella pays out in shares of the total company-wide sales that the company makes in volume, which is divided and paid out to all members that qualify for shares.
The percentage that is taken from the company-wide sales volume will be 60%.
If 60% of the company-wide sales volume is not reached as far as the shares that the qualifying members earn, that leftover money is put toward the Presidential Advisory Council Pool commissions.
Here is a breakdown of how you earn shares in the company:
The first way to earn shares is by qualifying as a Presidential Advisory Council Ranked member, and the number of months that you qualify will earn you a share, of which 4 shares are the max.
The second way to earn shares is by personally recruiting a qualified Regional Managing Director ranked member or higher. For each one, you earn a share.
The third and last way to earn a share is by new Regional Marketing Director ranked members in your weakest or the leg that has the least amount of sales volume. Each one earns you 1 share, if there are none, you still get 1 share.
Rank Bonus Commissions (one-time)
This commissions bonus is common in many MLM companies that we have reviewed.
The way that the Rank Bonus commissions work is when you reach and qualify for a certain rank in the company, the company will pay you a one-time bonus commission.
Depending on the rank you qualify for will mean the higher the one-time commission that the company will pay you.
These commissions are only paid out once.

- Senior Affiliate Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $75.
- Marketing Director Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $150.
- Regional Marketing Director Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $250.
- Senior Marketing Director Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $500.
- Executive Marketing Director Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $900.
- Division Vice President Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $1800.
- Senior Field Vice President Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $3250.
- Executive Field Vice President Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $6500.
- Senior Field Chairman Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $12,500.
- Executive Field Chairman Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn $25,000.

Here are some of the pros that I have with Veribella:
- Veribella has been running for over a year
- They offer, what appears, to be great and quality products
- They also offer a great money making opportunity
- What appears to be a solid business structure
- Retail options for customers
Cons
Here are some of the cons that I have with Veribella:
- The company doesn not appear to me marketing themselves that much
- The members that are affiliates don’t appear to be able to or not able to market the business online. If so, then there is not many that are doing so.
- The company can do more to get there brand out there.
My Veribella Q and A Section
In this section of the review, we are going to answer some of the questions that people might have when thinking about joining the Veribella opportunity.
Is Veribella Accredited With The BBB?
At this time, no, Veribella is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
This is not an indication that the company is a scam, it simply means that the BBB does not have them listed at this time.
Additionally, there is a TON of companies that are not listed on the BBB website that are 100% legitimate so we usually only take the information that we find about the company and the reviews as extra research that we can use for our articles.
What’s The Cost To Join Veribella?
There is no pricing or costs to the affiliate membership that we were able to locate but we do know that you will need to qualify with a 100 PV order each month to earn commissions.

Is Veribella a Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?
In my opinion, no, Veribella is not a scam, and here is why:
- They offer retail products
- They have good management
- They offer a fair compensation plan
Although the owners don’t have much experience in MLM that we were able to find, it appears that they created a solid MLM company that we believe is legitimate.
