Scam Or Legit/Safe? – Verdict
If you are looking for a legitimate business, then I can honestly say that VeloVita is not a scam.
If all you are looking for is an MLM company that you can make money with that is legit, then I can say that this fits that criteria.
However, the majority (98%) of people do not succeed in making any substantial money in MLM, so you have to consider this statistic.
VeloVita is a low-risk opportunity because there were no issues that were found.

What Is VeloVita?
VeloVita is an MLM company that offers health and wellness products and an opportunity for its members to make money with their referral compensation plan program.
The company offers nutritional supplements in the form of what they call their “Snaps”, which are packets of a liquid that open when you fold them in half, where you can pour the contents of the “Snap” out into your mouth or in your cup.
Company Details
The company is based in Miami, Florida, and the Founders are Kosta Gara and Jeff Mach.
Both Kosta and Jeff have extensive experience in business and in the MLM industry.
They have had great success and also some duds in the past, but nothing that stands out to deter anyone from not respecting what they have accomplished in the past.
When doing research on the domain name, here is what I found:
- The domain name “velovita.com” was registered on 4-14-2012 and was updated on 3-30-2021
- The domain name was registered privately.
- Additionally, the domain name is set to expire on 4-14-2026
What I see is that they see the company sticking around until 2026 at least, which is a great thing.
The company appears to be doing very well and has expanded to several countries.

What Products/Services Does VeloVita Offer?
In this section of my VeloVita article, I am going to share the details about the products they offer.
VeloVita offers these pouches that contain a liquid that you squeeze into your mouth along with one coffee creamer product.
This is the delivery system they have, and it is unique.
They call these packets “Snaps”, I guess because you fold them in half, and it tears open in the middle of the fold where you can pour the containing liquid into your mouth or into your coffee for the Plos product they offer.
The VeloVita product line consists of:
- Bran – This is their nootropic that gives your brain clarity and better alertness throughout the day. This is the cheapest product they offer at $79.95 for 1 box of 25 snaps.
- Zlem – This product is supposed to help you sleep better and gives weight loss benefits. The cost for this is $89.95 for 1 box of 25 snaps.
- Uuth – This product supports better skin health and has anti-aging properties. This is not a skin cream, you pour it into your mouth. The cost for this is $99.95 for 1 box of 25 snaps.
- Plos – This product is a “non-dairy” coffee creamer with thermogenic properties that helps you lose weight. This is the only product that you don’t squeeze into your mouth. The cost for this is $99.95 for 1 box of 25 snaps.
I know that customers have to pay a higher cost per product, but when I went to check out, it appears it is the same cost for any new referral member that joins with BV?
I think members have to qualify to get the discount the company advertises on their site?

How Do You Make Money With VeloVita?
In this section of my VeloVita article, I am going to share the details about how members can make money with them.
VeloVita offers members an MLM (multi-level marketing) opportunity or, in other words, a Network Marketing company.
The company uses its reps for the marketing and advertising side of the company to promote the products and the opportunity the company offers.
When members promote the products or the opportunity, they are rewarded with commissions and bonuses for selling the products and introducing new promoters to VeloVita.
Getting Started
When someone wants to make money with VeloVita, they must pay a membership fee of $49. This charge is yearly.
The second step to joining the referral program is to qualify by purchasing enough BV points.
The company sells products to its members at 10% to 30% off the normal cost to customers, but I believe there is a requirement to get this discount.
Once you become a member by paying the fee and purchasing some products, you will gain access to your back office and your referral link.
The referral link is what you share with people. This is the link someone will go through to purchase some products or to join the business opportunity.
Once they become a member, the person that referred that new member will earn a commission along with any future product purchases.
Referral Compensation
Members that refer new referral members and make product sales will earn commissions.
The reason why VeloVita is called an MLM company is due to the compensation plan structure, which is multi-tiered.
What this means is that referral members can not only earn commissions from the personally referred members and customers they refer, but can also earn commissions from their downline members too.
Once those downline members are coded to you as your downline members, as long as those people continue to purchase products, you will earn a small percentage per each purchase they make.
This is usually tallied up and paid every week, or 2 weeks or every month depending on how the company set it up.
Compensation Plan Structure
The VeloVita compensation plan structure pays and tracks referral members’ commissions by using the binary.
The binary will have a left and right team that accounts for a member’s qualifying volume on each side.
You will need a certain amount of “points” which is not equivalent to the dollar purchase (usually lower) to calculate referral commissions per leg.
The best course for members is to keep their binary legs balanced with a certain amount of points on each of their legs for the best payouts.
Members must also have a personally sponsored/referred member on each side/leg of their binary to qualify for these commissions.
Qualifications
One of the qualifications that I found is that referral members are required to refer normal customers to rank higher in the company.
Not many MLM companies require this extra step, which also makes it much more difficult for the referral members to make good money.
However, this extra step makes VeloVita in compliance with regulators.
Here are the requirements to earn from the binary compensation plan, which is also a member’s residual income:
- Must have at least 100 BV points
- Must purchase V-Cloud
- Must personally enroll 1 person on your right leg and 1 person on your left that has an active monthly order active.
- A member must also refer 3 customers
Discount Qualifications
To qualify for the discounts that VeloVita advertises, you must qualify for them.
Here is the qualification list for the discounts a member can get:
- To qualify for the 10% discount, a member must have an active V-Fill.
- Refer 3, and it’s free, only applies to customer orders.
- For a member to qualify for eh 15% discount, a member must be at the Promoter rank or above.
- The free box is based on the lowest volume of the 3 boxes.

What’s The Cost To Join?
To become a referral member and earn commissions with VeloVita, the minimum cost is $49 per year for the V-Cloud membership, and then having to choose one of the product packs below that will be a monthly autoship order.
In order to qualify for referral commissions, one of the steps is to have at least 100 BV points.
Here are the details of the product packs for new referral members:
- Apprentice Level – The company offers a variety of options for their product choices, but this level requires 100 BV points along with the V-Cloud purchase to qualify.
- Promoter Level – The company offers a variety of options for their product choices, but this level requires 200 BV points along with the V-Cloud purchase to qualify.
- Influencer Level – The company offers a variety of options for their product choices, but this level requires 400 BV points along with the V-Cloud purchase to qualify.
- Ambassador Level – The company offers a variety of options for this product pack, but this level requires 800 BV points along with the V-Cloud purchase to qualify.
To qualify for the minimum 100 BV for the Apprentice level, I’ve calculated it out to having to spend a minimum of $234.80 minus tax and shipping to start.
Customers
The minimum cost for 1 box of Bran or the other products (according to the website) is $79.95 at the retail cost.
