One of the questions that we need to learn about before jumping into any program that you can make money with is to learn if it is a scam or not.

The niche that I would consider this program to be would be the MLM and the cryptocurrency niche.

One of the things that we like to learn about with any money-making opportunity is who owns or runs the company.
We like to find this information on one of the company pages because it gives us a trust factor and also gives us the opportunity to look at the background and experience of the owner.
Unfortunately, we could not find any information about who owns the company on any of the company pages that Tycoon69 has available.
We dug a little deeper and found some marketing videos with a guy that was presenting the material.
He didn’t mention his name at all, but we found out that his name is Stefen Hostettler.
We are assuming that Steven is either running or the owner of the Tycoon69 company, but again, this is just a guess since the only marketing material that comes from the company is with him on it.
The company seems to be based out of Switzerland based on the address shown on the footer area of the website.
Other than the information that we presented about the company, we couldn’t find anything further, so let’s move on to the next section.

The Tycoon69 Products Review
In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at what products or services Tycoon69 offers.
When you are running an MLM opportunity, you need some type of retail product or service to be a legitimate or legal “in-compliance” MLM company.
Unfortunately, Tycoon69 does not offer a retail product or service.
Once you join as an affiliate member when you make an investment of at least $50 EUR, you will gain access to the compensation plan and a library of eBooks.
That is all the details we could find when digging into the information about the products that the company offers.

Tycoon69 Compensation Plan Breakdown
In this section of the review, we are going to dig into the compensation plan details and how you can make money with Tycoon69.
You can earn money by the promised ROI that the company offers and also when you refer others to the opportunity and building a team.
Getting Started
To qualify to earn money with the compensation plan that the company offers will require an investment into one of their investment packages.
The minimum amount that you will need to start out with would be $50 EUR.
ROI Commissions
When you get started out at any level, the company promises an ROI that you can earn.
Depending on what level of investment that you get started with will depend on the ROI that you can earn.
Referral Commissions
When you want to make more money with the Tycoon69 opportunity on top of the promised ROI, you will need to refer people and also build a team through the MLM side of the compensation plan.
In order to make more money through the MLM compensation plan, you will need to increase your rank.
Tycoon69 Ranks
There are several ranks that you can reach in the company that starts out with the “Coin Trainee” rank to the “Coin Tycoon” the highest rank.
There are a total of 15 ranks that you can qualify for in the compensation plan.
To earn a higher rank, you are going to need to have a total combined monthly investment amount that your total downline makes and also with maintaining a certain amount of active personally referred affiliate members that also hit certain ranks in the company.
The higher the rank will mean the higher amount of residual earning that you can earn.
Residual Commissions
Tycoon69 offers residual commissions based on the monthly investment amounts that are made by your total downline and are paid using the MLM unilevel compensation plan structure.
For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:
- 1st Level – The first level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally sponsored members on it.
- 2nd Level – The second level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your team members that your level 1 members personally sponsored on it.
- 3rd Level – The third level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your team members that your level 2 members personally sponsored on it.
- and so on…
- Each personally sponsored member you have will equal to one leg.
Hopefully, this explanation makes it more clear how the unilevel pay plan works for those that were not that familiar with it.
When the unilevel commissions are concerned, the higher the rank will open up more “levels” of earnings that you can make money from.
The higher in rank will also offer more of a percentage that you can earn from all levels.
Qualifications will be based on your rank to reach the higher levels in the compensation plan.
There is a total of 6 levels that you can earn on in the Tycoon69 unilevel residual compensation plan.
Power line PowerBoost Bonus Commissions
These bonus commissions are offered to affiliate members that join at the Platinum rank and higher.
The Powerline bonus commissions are paid by personal referrals and through team members that are in your downline.
This is a bonus pool that the company provides and is an accumulation of all new investments that are made, and a percentage is put aside to pay out the qualifying affiliate members a percentage of the pool based on how many points you accumulate.
Depending on the investment level in the company you are at will depend on the number of points you will get.
Platinum level investors get 1 power share point and all the way up to Investor 2 level where those investors get 2000 power share points.
Affiliate members at a lower investment rank level “possibly” can purchase pool positions.
1 Million Dollar Contract
When an affiliate member generates 10,000 in your investment downline volume and also generates at least 10 million by the end of 2019, you will get a bonus check of 1 million dollars.

Is Tycoon69 A Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?
In my opinion, yes, Tycoon69 is a scam, and here is my main reason why:
- No retail products when operating an MLM business model.
The more technical term that the FTC would use would be a Ponzi Scheme.
Since they offer an MLM business model which offers multiple levels of earning levels with no retail products or service being sold, then technically, it is not in compliance with the law.
