Is Princess House a scam?
This is one of the questions that we are going to take a look into today and get some answers to.
We are also going to take a look at the company, who is behind it, the products, and the compensation plan, and how you can earn commissions with it.
The reason why I created this review because I knew that Princess House was an old MLM company and was curious to see what it was all about.
If a company can survive over 50 years in business being an MLM company is an accomplishment.
And I wanted to personally check it out for that reason.
So the way that I structure my reviews is I break them down into sections.
The first section of my review will cover what Princess House is.
Let’s dive down and get started and see if it is a scam or legit.
Princess House Review – What Is It?
Princess House is an older MLM company that deals in high-quality kitchenware.
They have an assortment of high-quality kitchenware from glassware, high-quality steel cutlery, and china-type plates which they called Marbella to nice serving utensils.
Princess House is in the Direct Sales niche that promotes the opportunity mainly through house parties that their distributor’s host.
They show off the products and the opportunity side as well.
People buy, and people join from these presentations.
The ones that join have an opportunity to earn residual commissions from the efforts of customer sales and sales from the team of distributors that they’ve brought into the company.
In this review, I will break each part of the company down into sections.
The first section I will cover is the company overview.
Princess House Company Overview
Princess House has been in business since January 1st, 1963, which would mean they have been in business for 55 years now since writing this review.
They are located at 470 Myles Standish Blvd Taunton, MA 02780-7369.
Like mentioned before, Princess House is one of the older MLM companies that are on the market.
They’ve actually been around since 1963 before I was even born.
The company is located in Massachusetts and been in business in the Taunton area for over 50 years now.
The Princess House company generates a lot of profit each year.
The average is around $28 to $200 million per year.
I found several numbers on these profits, but the range is somewhere in between I would imagine.
Princess House is privately owned and back in 2015 was rated one of the Top Women-Owned Businesses In MA. by the Boston Globe.
This accomplishment has been held for 2 years now.
Each year they keep rising in that top 100 charts as well.
Princess House over 200 employees and a distributor base of over 37,000 people.
The owner of the company is Ray Chambers and the President/CEO of Princess House is Connie Tang.
She is the first female President/CEO for Princess House in over 50 years.
Connie has over 20 years of experience which started at the bottom and eventually climbed her way up.
She was the President of Jafra Cosmetics International and Vice President of BeautiControl.
This is one of those companies that the owner has actually had great experience and success in the MLM industry as a distributor as well as in management.

Princess House Products Overview
When Princess House first launched their main products hand-blown glass and crystal kitchenware.
Since that time long ago, they’ve expanded their line with other kitchenware like flatware, food storage, cookware, and even appliances.
The other MLM companies that are in this niche are SaladMaster, Norwex, and Pampered Chef.
The attraction that Princess House products have is the material they use in their products that include premium stainless steel.
Whatever the quality is, the price is sure very premium with pricing starting over $300 for the members and over $400 for retail purchases from customers.
When doing some research, I found premium cookware similar to Princess House on Amazon but for much cheaper.
Some of the cost that Princess House has for their products is due to the fact that they are in the MLM industry and need to raise the price to adjust the amount that they can pay their affiliate members.
They claim that the cost is because of the material being used and craftsmanship.
I’m not sure if I am totally convinced, but what I can say that the products sure do look nice.

Princess House Compensation Plan Breakdown
The compensation plan structure that Princess House has in place is designed for direct selling.
This means that the more product that you sell the more money you make.
In order to become a Princess House consultant, you will need to join the compensation plan program for $139.
They claim that this cost is offset by the number of products you get which around $590 worth.
When you start selling the Princess House products as a consultant you will earn 25% on every sale.
Princess House pays every week.
Once you sell over $1,250 worth of product in 1 month your percentage will increase by 5%.
When you are able to sell $1,000 of the product you will earn $111 in commissions.
When you are able to earn $10,000 in Princess House products you will earn $2,361 in commissions.

The way that you earn from this compensation plan and the products they offer would most likely be best to do parties to show off the products.
The company even recommends promoting this way.
You do have the option to sell products online through your affiliate links.
I personally don’t promote by doing home parties or the old-school belly-to-belly marketing techniques.
It actually worked for me but was way too much work when I found other ways that were much easier through online
marketing.

Negative Princess House Reviews
There have been some negative reviews about different aspects of Princess House.
Here are a few that I’ve found:
I purchased some expensive pieces of cooking ware. Well, the handles fell off. I’m having somewhat of a problem contacting a rep from Princess House. I want my warranty honored as stipulated when I purchased them. I bought my cooking ware for about 11 to 12 years ago. I have no order number. The pots are evident they are Princess House items.
– Janet from Long Beach“0” would be my preferred rating. I purchased some pots. When I purchased them I was told it was they had a lifetime warranty. I sent the pots to be replaced and they refused. The customer service was horrible and refused to listen to my issue or assist. They said I misused my pots and refused to replace. Instead of assisting the rep Gianna basically said then, “Too bad. No resolution.” She was so rude and was no help. She then started telling me about how I can go to small claims because that was my only option. Do not buy from these people. They are misleading and don’t care about customer issues or concerns!!

My Final Princess House Review and Thoughts
Overall, Princess House is a great long-running MLM company.
They have retail products and a business model for someone to earn commissions.
This gives a person with no skills in selling and someone with not a lot of money to start a traditional business an opportunity to earn money by becoming an entrepreneur.
Although I don’t feel this is the best vehicle to use to earn extra money from home, they have proven that they are here to stay.

Hey Jay, not sure what article you were reading but it definitely was not mine because I never mentioned that she was the owner. I stated that she was the President/CEO per what the company website states unless you are saying that the company is lying about this information?
