Welcome to my Premier Income Plan Review.
one of the things that we want to learn before jumping into any opportunity that you can make money with is to find out if it is a scam or not.
We wouldn’t want to join a company and spend a lot of time and money trying to build it for it just to get shut down later down the road.
We are going to try to help people avoid these scams by reviewing the information on the company, the products, and the compensation plan to see if the company at least is in compliance with the law.

Basically, we are trying to help people save you time and money by letting you know what Premier Income Plan is really all about before you join.
We decided to take a closer look at this opportunity due to some promotions that we’ve run across online and wanted to learn more about it.
With that said, let’s dive down and get started.
Premier Income Plan Company Overview

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the Premier Income Plan company information.
One of the things that we like to see is transparency as far as who owns it.
It gives us and you the ability to learn more about the owner like their background and what type of experience they have with the type of business they have launched.
When we can’t find any information about who owns the opportunity on the company site it’s a sign that something is up.
The Owner

When doing some digging on the company pages we found that Hyphen Tech Inc. is the company that owns it, and the person behind Hyphen Tech Inc. is Rodney Brace.
Here is something to take note of:
When you try to visit the main website, you are taken to “premiersoftware.solutions” that is coded to Rodney.
You need a referral link to gain access to the main marketing website that offers additional information.
One of Rodney’s past companies was called “All Teamed Up” back in 2013 which was an MLM matrix cycler that didn’t last too long and offered no products.
What Type Of Opportunity Is It?
Premier Income Plan is an MLM program that offers the ability to earn residual income from their matrix-styled compensation plan.
The company is in the social online niche and offers software for networking.
Gaining access to this software can only be accessed by joining the actual business opportunity.
This is all the information that was found in the company, let’s move to the next section.

Premier Income Plan Products Review

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the Premier Income Plan products they offer.
When you are operating any MLM program, to be compliant with the FTC law, you need to have retail products in place.
Retail products are products that your company offers for sale to customers that do not wish to join the opportunity.
Also, you need a certain percentage of retail to member sales to also be in compliance but we don’t have access to those numbers, only the regulators can get that information.
Unfortunately, Premier Income Plan does not provide any retail products.
Member Only Products?

However, they do provide a software suite to their affiliate members that pay a monthly subscription.
These products that they do offer to members only are a video conference platform, chat app, audio and video email platforms, and more.
UPDATE:
I was able to find some verbiage on the company website that they offer “saleable” products, but you can’t purchase them through the company website.
I am not sure how the members sell the software or how the commission structure is for selling them at retail because there is no additional information on the company site offered other than the verbiage that I mentioned earlier.
That is all we have on the products, let’s move on to the next section.

Premier Income Plan Compensation Plan Breakdown

In this section of the review, we are going to take a look at the Premier Income Plan compensation plan and how you make money with it.
There is only really one way to make money with the compensation plan that this company offers which is through:
Referral Commissions
When you start referring people to this opportunity that pay the membership cost you will earn commissions.
Also, when you start building a team and through the monthly renewals, you will earn additional commissions.
The company also offers a matching commission bonus that we will get into later on.
Getting Started
To get started with Premier Income Plan, you will need to purchase the $59 monthly subscription.
Paying this monthly subscription will keep you qualified to earn all the commissions that the company’s compensation plan offers.
There are 3 ways that you can get paid.
Referral Commissions
The company offers what many other companies describe as a “fast-start” bonus which pays you when you sponsor new members.
This company refers to it as sponsoring commissions.
The first and second members that you personally sponsor will earn you $10 for each one.
The third one that you sponsor and every one after that will earn you $15.
Every first 2 of your personally sponsored members that they sponsor will also earn you $10 including residuals when those members stay active and renew each month.

Residual Commissions
Premier Income Plan also offers residual income that is paid using the MLM Matrix compensation plan structure.
The design that the company is using is a 3X9 structured matrix plan.
Basically, what this means is that there are 9 levels starting with 3 positions on the first level, then the number of positions is doubled the next level down.
So the first level consists of 3 positions, the next will have 9, and the next or 3rd level will have 27 and so on…
The matrix compensation plan can be filled with members through your own sponsoring efforts and also from all of your team member’s efforts.
Depending on which level that your team members fall on in your matrix structure will determine the number of residual commissions that you earn each month from that person.
Here is a breakdown of the levels and what you can earn on each level of your matrix pay plan:
- Level 1 – You will earn $3 per person that lands on one of the positions on this level.
- Level 2 to 8 – You will earn $2 per person that lands on one of the positions on this level. Levels 2 through 8 amount to 9,837 positions.
- Level 9 – You will earn $1 per person that lands on one of the positions on this level. Level 9 amounts to 19,683 positions.
These commissions are based on active monthly subscriptions for each member that is in your matrix pay structure.
Matching Bonus
Premier Income Plan also offers a 100% matching bonus.
The way that the company pays these commissions is using the commissions that your personally sponsored members earn in the monthly residual matrix pay plan.
So if they earn $100, you also earn $100.
That is all there is to the compensation plan and how you make money with it.
Let’s move on to the next section.

Premier Income Plan FAQ Section
In this section of the review, we are going to answer some questions that people may have when thinking about joining the Premier Income Plan opportunity.
Is Premier Income Plan Accredited With The BBB?
No, Premier Income Plan is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
Not having accreditation or listing on the BBB is not an indication of a company being a scam.
It simply means that they don’t have accreditation or are not listed.
There are plenty of companies that are not listed on the BBB that is totally legitimate and I usually don’t ever take what the BBB has in a rating or reviews when considering my final judgment on a company.
This is because the BBB has been known to have manipulated ratings and reviews that come from 3rd party service companies that do this for companies.
How Much Does It Cost To Join Premier Income Plan?
To get started and join the Premier Income Plan opportunity will cost $59.
This will be a monthly cost to stay qualified to earn commissions.
Now, the next section of the review will cover what many of you are here to learn which is…
Is Premier Income Plan A Scam or Legit Opportunity?

In my opinion, yes, Premier Income Plan is a scam.
Here is my reason why, and it is a simple one:
- They offer no retail products for sale “that I was able to find” when they clearly offer an MLM business model.
Without retail products offered is a clear indication that they are not in compliance with the FTC laws and makes it a Ponzi Scheme.
If they do, they need to describe how this works on the company website as far as the pricing structure for retail and the commissions you can earn.
It is a simple remedy that would solve this issue as I “honestly” see a decent MLM opportunity, apart from the issue that was just described.

My Final Premier Income Plan Review and Thoughts
In the final section of this review, I am going to share my final thoughts about the Premier Income Plan opportunity.
We took the time to look at the information on the company, the products, and the compensation plan.
We noticed that there were clear compliance issues that could not be overlooked.
We gave our final conclusion on whether or not we felt it was a scam and it was with our reason why.
But here is the question…
Would I recommend the Premier Income Plan opportunity?
No, I cannot recommend this opportunity as a program to join to earn long-term income from home.
The company is clearly not in compliance and that is the issue.
Look, I don’t think this is a bad company, I actually like many of the aspects that they offer and also the price point.
I feel if they make some simple changes, like offer retail products, that would at least get the company in compliance which will help this company in the long run.
With that said…
