One company called OnPassive has been around for quite some time now, but does it work?

OnPassive Review – What Is It?
OnPassive is an MLM company where you have to refer others and build a team in order to earn commissions.
The company is in the advertising niche where they help you generate traffic from within the site itself from all the other members of the program.
OnPassive stands for Online Passive Income Training For Entrepreneurs.
The company is still in pre-launch so some of the information might change after the launch, if that happens we will come back and update this information.
Company Overview
As mentioned before, OnPassive is in prelaunch as of writing this review.
The program as of right now is hosted on the “GoFounders.com” website as the program of choice I guess.
The domain name “onpassive.com” generated a listing while I was writing this review, but I am going to cover the GoFounders website and the company information since it appears they are behind the OnPassive launch.
- The GoFounders website was registered back in 2018.
- The domain name “gofounders.com” was registered privately.
Because the domain name was registered privately, there was no additional information found in the domain name search.
When doing further research we found the name Ash Mufareh as the OnPassive founder and CEO.
Mufareh’s Facebook claims that he is the CEO of GFI Fusion as the CEO which is a team of marketers for the GDI opportunity that has been around forever that offers an MLM opportunity and is in the domain name and hosting niche.
More recently, Ash has been involved with the companies TelexFree, and PayDiamond including passive type of opportunities.
TelexFree was shut down in 2014 by the SEC and got sued, which turned into a huge mess.
PayDiamond was shut down in the middle of 2018 and that is when Ash started putting together OnPassive.

How Does OnPassive Work?
The ways that On Passive works is by helping others to make money online.
This company offers passive income training as well as marketing methods that will allow us to build a business from the comfort of our homes and in our own time frame.
OnPassive Products Review
In this section of the review, we are going to cover details on the products that OnPassive offers.
The products that OnPassive offers are digital products that will teach you how to make money online along with an ad credit system.
The compensation plan is also a digital product, but it’s an affiliate program for the company where you can earn commission by promoting these products or other affiliates’ offers through our own marketing efforts.
As a member, you will get access to “ad credits” once you become a paid affiliate member.
The ad credits can be used to advertise any of your websites within the back office and only to other members of the OnPassive opportunity.
That is all there is to the products that OnPassive offers, let’s move on to the next section.
The OnPassive Compensation Plan Breakdown
In this section of the review, we are going to cover information on the compensation plan and how you make money with it.
This is one of the most important aspects of this opportunity, so it’s worth going into detail here.
As mentioned before, OnPassive has an affiliate program where we can promote their products or other affiliates’ offers through their own marketing efforts.
Then you are able to refer someone who purchases any digital product for $299 or more, and they will pay us a 20% commission for life!
That means if you were to bring in just two customers each month then your monthly earnings would be over $1000.
How The MLM Compensation Plan Works
The way the OnPassive MLM Cycler works will be broken down in this section.
The first thing you need to do is to purchase positions in the 4 3X10 MLM matrixes that they offer.
You can start sponsoring and filling your matrix by direct and indirect sponsoring and from some sponsoring from your upline as well.
The top row or level will have only 3 positions and the next level will have doubled which would be 9 and double again until you reach all 10 levels.
Each level will be filled from left to right and each person that joins will have to start their own matrix that will contribute to your matrix commissions as well.
As each position in your matrix is filled you will earn commissions from each of those “active” spots.
Here is how each of the 4 matrix tiers is broken down that will include the commissions that you can earn and the price to enter:
The $25 Matrix Tier
The cost to join this matrix is $25 to participate in this matrix.
- Level 1 pays $2 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 2 pays $3 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 3 pays $2 on level 3 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 1 through 8 pay $1 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 9 pays $2 on level 9 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 10 pays $1 on level 10 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
The $125 Matrix Tier
The cost to join this matrix is $125 to participate in this matrix.
- Level 1 pays $10 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 2 pays $15 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 3 pays $7 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 4 and 5 pay $5 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 6 pays $3 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 7 pays $2 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 8 and 9 pay $3 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 10 pays $2 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
The $250 Matrix Tier
The cost to join this matrix is $250 to participate in this matrix.
- Level 1 pays $10 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 2 pays $25 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 3 pays $10 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 4 and 6 pay $8 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 7 and 8 pay $7 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 9 and 10 pay $8 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
The $500 Matrix Tier
The cost to join this matrix is $500 to participate in this matrix.
- Level 1 pays $20 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 2 pays $30 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 3 through 5 pay $15 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 6 and 7 pay $10 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Levels 8 and 9 pay $15 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
- Level 10 pays $10 for each active affiliate member that fills one of these positions.
As mentioned before, each matrix will be a monthly cost to stay commissions qualified and will also pay out the commissions earned residually for each affiliate member that is in your matrix compensation plan that keeps an active subscription.

In this section of my OnPassive review, I am going to cover some pros and cons of the opportunity.
Pros
The pros of this service are:
- It is super easy to use, they offer a commission for life on any customer you refer.
Cons
The cons of the company are:
- There aren’t many products available and most come with monthly fees.
- The customer service appears to be non-existent or very poor with some customer feedback that I found online.
- Along with the lack of products, the company doesn’t offer any retail options.
My Q and A Section
In this section of the review, we are going to answer some of the questions people may have when thinking about joining the OnPassive opportunity.
Is OnPassive BBB Accredited?
No, the OnPassive opportunity is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau at this time.
Because the company is so new, it will be a while before it gets listed or has an accreditation, if it ever does.
Not having a BBB accreditation or listing does not make a company a scam, it just means that it is not listed at this time as far as the OnPassive opportunity is concerned.
There are other aspects that make a company a scam or legitimate that we will get into shortly.
What’s The Cost to Join OnPassive?
As far as the pre-launch goes, they are offering founders positions for $97.
I don’t have the full details for what the $97 is actually for, but I can assume is to get a spot on all of the 4 matrix tiers that the OnPassive opportunity.
After the pre-launch the cost will be:
- $25 per month to qualify for Matrix 1 commissions.
- $125 per month to qualify for Matrix 1 commissions.
- $250 per month to qualify for Matrix 1 commissions.
- $500 per month to qualify for Matrix 1 commissions.
Let’s move on to the next section where we share our thoughts on if we feel that OnPassive is a scam or not and why.
Is OnPassive A Scam or Legit Opportunity?
In our opinion, yes, we feel that OnPassive is a scam, and here is our main reason why:
- No retail products offered
Sure the company offers an advertising platform that you can gain access to, but only as an affiliate member.
When you take a look at the FTC, and what they have to say about MLM companies, you need to offer retail products in order to stay in compliance with the law.
As it is right now, OnPassive is a Ponzi Scheme.

At this time, we do not recommend the OnPassive opportunity due to the red flag issues that we covered.
However, if you are still interested, I would highly recommend doing some more research before joining.
Most people give up on themselves and other opportunities because they join one opportunity that turns out to be a scam and think that all opportunities are the same which they are not.
Always take the time to make sure the program that you are getting into fits all the criteria of a legitimate company before jumping in.

Thanks for your contribution, Greg. Seems like Ash is a good guy, but still doesn’t solve the huge issue about not offering retail products for compliance. I feel it is laziness because it is so easy to implement. That would at least solve 1 issue.
Frank, capture pages, autoresponders, and hosting are some of the things that are offered with onpassive. I was skeptical too thinking it was another pyramid scheme. I guess so many are promoting it as just an MLM platform its easy to just assume that’s all it is.
Actually its a done for your business opportunity. The option of joining can simply be for those tools alone to promote your primary business (why wouldn’t you want to save money on them if you can) and be put in as an affiliate.
They do offer retail products though.

You really should get all the facts before you say negative things. There are landing pages, many
already in use, Autoresponder after launch along with many other things. The comp plan is a
monthly but not out of pocket, It is automatically held from your profits and paid for you.
You can also choose where you start you can start for as little as $25.00 one time out of pocket
and never have to put another penny into the system you only earn from that point on.
The system also automatically upgrades every person who joins as their income grows large
enough, So you can start at the lowest level with a one time out of pocket fee and grow your
business every day on autopilot.
When you talk negatively about something without all the facts you are hurting your followers and
in the end costing them a lot of money. You should really think about that.

The owner can have an amazing product, and amazing pay plan, and an amazing message or cause behind the company, but if they are not following the rules, or simply being lazy then it is what it is. Answer me this… does the company offer retail products? Is the company an MLM company which offers multiple levels of commissions from affiliate and customers? If the answer is yes to both, and you can show me the retail side of things, then I will be happy to change up my review, but not until you do. Thanks.
That is the least of their problems from a legal point of view! They are going to get hit by the SEC’s of the U.S. and a number of other countries once they get big enough for violating securities laws, and they’ll be taken down the same way the regulators took down TelexFree! Those of us in the industry with extensive MLM experience and knowledge of and experience in the legal and regulatory compliance end of the industry can see this one coming from a mile away!
Did this Company “ONpassive” actually end up launching?
Still launching since 2018..
I was a founder for 8 long months. I requested a refund since no launch was taking place. They refunded my money a week later. I do not feel I have lost anything in this and I do believe even at this moment in time there still has not been a launch yet.

As the founder, the mere fact that you can get refunded your money back when you feeling unsure, it’s proof enough for me that go founders is legit
That is not really a solid argument… That is like saying if a drug dealer is willing to give you a refund on the product they sell you, it must mean that the illegal product must be legit?
Frank, isn’t an autoresponder, domain names, capture pages, webinars producing, etc. considered products. Godaddy product are domain names, Getresponse, Awber, etc. offer autoresponders, aren’t these products. I don’t understand why you say they don’t offer any products. Be Blessed!
The issue is “no retail products”. Do you understand the difference? Retail products are for customer purchase only without having to join the opportunity side of it.
Since businesses with retail products, which offer multiple levels of commissions from affiliate and customers, can join as founders, doesn’t this show that they offer retail products? There is a legitimate MLM company with very high quality products that potential founders are part of that will hopefully be joining this soon which will hopefully prove this point.

But my question is “how can OnPassive even offer ANY retail products when it is still in pre-launch but is also offering the ability to make money at the same time?” Retails products are products that only customers can purchase without having to join the opportunity. To get people to sign up they promised you could get out and money returned.

And $97 just to get in, trust me you can get more for less; I must admit I was tempted to join but when I saw the last launch date did not happen I had my doubts, and I still do.

Es wurde ja mehrfach verschoben, und nicht wie Propagiert wegen CORONA.
Das es 2019 noch nicht gab.
Es wäre echt schade wenn es in die Hose ginge und nur ein Geld einsammeln wäre, so wie es sich zur Zeit da stellt.

In terms of Islamic perspective, any commercial dealing must have the following attributes: a tangible product, beneficial & healthy, no compulsion, transparent commission plans, commission on product sales and not on membership affiliation fee, no mala-fide or deceitful intentions, not involved in unlawful products and activities, products returned policy, not to play with emotions, etc. to name a few.
