Welcome to my NuYugen Review.
Is NuYugen a scam?
This is one of the questions that we are going to look at today.
We wouldn’t want to join an opportunity that you find out many months later gets shut down due to being a scam.
You will lose a ton of time and all the money that you invested in the opportunity so we wouldn’t want to experience that kind of frustration and pain.

I’ve been there and I don’t want you to experience that so this is why I decided to create my review site.
So what we are going to do is look at the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan to determine this.
The reason why I decided to review NuYugen was that it is an opportunity that deals in CBD which is fairly new to MLM and also because I’ve seen some promotions and wanted to learn more about the opportunity.
So with that said, let’s go ahead and see what we can learn and find.
NuYugen Company Overview
In this section of my review, I will cover information about the company.

Unfortunately, when I went to the NuYugen company website that I could not find any information about who owns it because it is in pre-launch.

However, digging a bit deeper by searching several sites and publications I have found that Richard Sharp claims to be the CEO of the NuYugen company.
When doing some research on Richard, we couldn’t find any information on any past experience he had in MLM.
I am not sure why the owner or bio information on who owns NuYugen is not on the company website, this is usually the first thing that is posted for any legitimate company.
People want to know who is behind the opportunity that they join.
When I was doing my research I’ve found that Richard is the editor for “The Hemp News” which is a news site for all things THC, CBD, and Cannabis.
I also found out that he is the co-founder of a couple of Cannabis Medicinal dispensaries.
So, I can imagine he knows a thing or 2 about that green plant that provides a lot of benefits for many.
With that said, let’s move on to the next section of the review.

NuYugen Products Review
In this section of my review, we are going to cover the products NuYugen offers.

NuYugen offers “what they call” health and wellness products that are formulated through plant extracts that include:
- Adaptogens
- Antioxidants
- CBD
They label these products as an anti-stress supplement.
The product also includes additional cannabinoids that come from hemp.
Basically, they are promoting CBD which is an ingredient that is extracted from Marijuana.
The flagship product that NuYugen offers is called Soulera which is a blend of cannabinoids along with some other herbs that I have listed here:
- Hawthorn
- Chaga
- Eleutherococcus
- Viburnum Sargentii
- Schizandra Chinensis
- Mountain ash
- Rhaponticum Carthamoides
- Rhodiola Rosea
- Aralia Mandshurica
- Chinese licorice and
The Soulera product without CBD comes in a 10 oz dispenser bottle that you can purchase for $49.99.
The Soulera “with” CBD is offered in the same 10 oz dispenser bottle but sells for $40 more than makes it $89.99 per bottle.
Many people swear by CBD to alleviate certain ailments and claim it is a natural and healthy way to alleviate pain, stress, and anxiety.
Let’s move forward to the next section.

NuYugen Compensation Plan Breakdown
In this section of this review, we are going to cover information on the compensation plan.

The way that NuYugen offers commissions is through their 2-level MLM unilevel compensation plan structure.
If you are unaware of how a unilevel compensation plan works here is a quick breakdown:
- 1st Level – The first level of your unilevel will only consist of your personally referred members. Each member that you sponsor will be labeled 1 of your “legs”. This will make more sense in the “Ranks” section below.
- 2nd Level – The second level of your unilevel pay structure will only include referrals that your personally sponsored members enrolled into NuYugen.
- 3rd Level – The third level of your unilevel pay structure will only include referrals that your 2nd level team members enrolled into NuYugen.
- and so on…
Hope that makes sense.
The pay structure also includes performance-based bonuses that I will break down below.
NuYugen Ranks
First, we have to take a look at the ranks that NuYugen offers because this is what will fuel the amount of earning that you can qualify for.
There are 9 ranks in total that NuYugen offers.
Here is a breakdown of the ranks and qualifications that you must hit in order to qualify for each one.
They include:
- Affiliate Rank – You qualify for this rank when you simply join as an affiliate member of NuYugen.
- Consultant Rank – You will need to generate and maintain 250 GV to qualify for this rank.
- Director Rank – You will need to generate and maintain 700 GV to qualify for this rank. (80% of the GV cannot come from any one of your unilevel legs)
- Executive Rank – You will need to generate and maintain 2000 GV to qualify for this rank. (75% of the GV cannot come from any one of your unilevel legs)
- Bronze Rank – You will need to generate and maintain 5000 GV to qualify for this rank. (70% of the GV cannot come from any one of your unilevel legs)

With the exception of the Affiliate rank, you must maintain 90 PV each and every month to stay qualified along with the other qualifications listed per rank above.
Also, note that there can not be a certain GV coming from any one of your unilevel legs that are described above.
Here is a quick breakdown of the volume terms that were used above:
- PV = Personal Volume
- GV = Group Volume
NuYugen Retail Commissions
NuYugen also includes retail sales commissions just like any legitimate MLM company should have.
Basically, it is as simple as selling the products that NuYugen products to regular customers and not people that enroll as affiliate members.
When you sell a product to a customer NuYugen offers a 20% commission on every product that you sell.
Mentor Bonus
NuYugen offers mentor bonus commissions which are commissions that you can earn when one of your personally enrolled members does a good job there first 28 days after joining the business.
Basically, how it works is you will earn 20% from any of the products that were sold or even purchased in the first 28 days after you sponsor them into NuYugen.
NuYugen Residual Commissions
NuYugen also offers residual commissions through the unilevel compensation plan that I mentioned above.
The commissions are paid out when affiliate members and also customers purchase products.
Since NuYugen also offers that Mentor Bonus that was described above they have 2 parts to these residuals.
So, NuYugen has one for the first 28 days that you are business with them and also the one moving forward and on for the lifetime of your business.
Here is how it is broken down.
First 28 days
The first 28-day residual commissions pay plan will look like this:

- Consultant Rank – This rank will get 20% commissions from your level 1 members and 10% commissions from your level 2 team members.

Rank Achievement
NuYugen also offers a 1-time bonus commission when you achieve any of the ranks listed below.
These 1-time bonus commissions will trigger when you qualify for Executive Rank.
You will continue to receive these 1-time commissions when you reach the rank of Diamond Rank.
Here is a breakdown of these rank achievement bonus commissions that NuYugen offers their affiliate members.
- Executive Rank – This pays $100… But, to fully qualify for this 1-time bonus commission you must also have 500 GV outside your largest leg.
- Bronze Rank – This pays $250… But, to fully qualify for this 1-time bonus commission you must also have 1500 GV outside your largest leg.
- Silver Rank – This pays $500… But, to fully qualify for this 1-time bonus commission you must also have 3500 GV outside your largest leg.
- Gold Rank – This pays $1000… But, to fully qualify for this 1-time bonus commission you must also have 10,000 GV outside your largest leg.
- Platinum Rank – This pays $2500… But, to fully qualify for this 1-time bonus commission you must also have 25,000 GV outside your largest leg.
- Diamond Rank – This pays $5000… But, to fully qualify for this 1-time bonus commission you must also have 50,000 GV outside your largest leg.
There are some hoops you got to jump through for these bonus commissions that must be noted.

NuYugen Lifestyle Bonus
What is nice is that NuYugen also offers a monthly bonus for reaching a certain rank in the company.
I would imagine that there are some more qualifiers for this bonus but I could not find additional info.
I am just guessing because it seems like they offer a lot of great “extras” but there are additional steps that you need to take to hit all of these great bonuses they offer.
Either way, this is how it is broken down by rank:
- Qualify for Gold Rank and earn $500 per month in commissions as a bonus.
- Qualify for Platinum Rank and earn $750 per month in commissions as a bonus.
- Qualify for Diamond Rank and earn $1000 per month in commissions as a bonus.
Leadership Bonus Pool
Just like many other great MLM companies, NuYugen offers a leadership bonus pool where you can share a small percentage of the companies profits.
This is divided out to all that qualify for this pool at their qualifying rank and split up evenly by all that qualify.
This is paid out every month and the share is 5% of the companies sales profit.
I believe that the 5% is also divided through 3 ranks evenly and then you earn the percentage from that divided 5% company profit.
Here is how it is broken down:
- GoldRank receive a share in the 3% pool
- Platinum Rank receive a share in the 3% pool and one of the 1% pools
- Diamond Rank will qualify for a share of 3% pool and one in each 1% pool
The higher rank will be an addition to the earning you receive from the lower pools.

NuYugen FAQ
In this section of my review, we are going to answer some of the questions that people have before they join NuYugen.
Is NuYugen Accredited With The BBB?
No NuYugen is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau at this time.
This is not a definite conclusion for a company being a scam.
It simply means that the company is either not listed yet, or is listed but doesn’t have enough time in business for the BBB to accredit them.
How Much Does It Cost To Join NuYugen?
The cost to join NuYugen will run you $39 per year plus the cost of products…

Is NuYugen A Scam?

After reviewing all the information on the company, the products, and the compensation plan I can say that it is not a scam.
They do have retail products and they do have a complicated compensation plan just like any legitimate MLM company has.
I personally hate these complicated pay plans that you have to jump through hoops to earn more.
Just my opinion!
My Final NuYugen Review and Thoughts
There have been other MLM companies that included CBD but this one seems very technical and well put together.
Although I don’t like these types of complicated and strict qualifiers to earn more through the compensation plan that NuYugen offers, they do offer a solid pay structure.
It is designed for a long-term strategy.
I do know that CBD is becoming more and more popular with the public now that people are more familiar with the internet and not taking their local news stations as fact all the time.
Many states in the US have actually legalized recreational marijuana like California just did not too long ago.
If you feel that NuYugen would be a perfect fit for you I would simply just order some of the product and test them out for yourself before jumping in.
If you really want to be successful in any MLM company you really need to behind the product that they offer.
If it is a crappy product, then you are not going to be that enthusiastic about the opportunity and probably not do too well with it.
If you are excited about the results you get with the product then you can look past things like the hoop-filled compensation plan that NuYuGen offers.
With that said, would I personally recommend NuYuGen or join it?
I personally would not join because I personally hate the pay plan and I would recommend this company as a legitimate MLM company that you can have trust in.
But it will be up to you and you only to earn money with NuYugen by sponsoring people and finding some customers.
With that said, I hope you enjoyed my NuYugen review.

Thank you.
Don’t buy anything from this company if you want a refund. They gave me a return number. I sent it back and they won’t refund me. Lots of emails and support tickets unanswered. Then they suspended my account. Aweful company.
Thanks for your input, Joan! We really hope you can resolve your issue and get your refund with NuYugen.
Hi,
I am thinking of taking Soulera. But I want to make sure it is good product to take? I want to make sure that is it not full of unhealthy things or could cause more problems than help heal you. I would like to know if it is worth 70.00 dollars retail. Buy off someone in the area of my home.
Any more information on the product its self is what I am looking for. Any help appreciated, even you just sent me in another direction for that information. Product knowledge is what I am after.
Thank you
Marie
