If you’re looking for a detailed NuLife Ventures review, then you’re in the right place!
There have been a few articles that I noticed online along with some social media buzz about NuLife Ventures, so I wanted to take a closer look.
I am going to take the time to review and research the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan to see what it is all about.
In the last section, I am going to share with you my final thoughts about the company and give you my personal recommendation after looking at all of the information.

If you’re here, there is a good chance that you are thinking about joining this opportunity, but just want to make sure it is a legitimate opportunity that you can make money with.
By the time you reach the end of my review, you will know whether or not this opportunity is the right opportunity for you or it’s not.
With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn.
What Is NuLife Ventures?

NuLife Ventures is an MLM company that offers health and wellness products and the opportunity to make residual income from home through its affiliate membership.
Because it is an MLM company, you can earn on multiple levels of product sales monthly as long as they reorder.
Company Overview
After taking a look around the company website, I wasn’t able to find any information about who owns the company for some reason.
The company is based in Chattanooga TN, according to the company website.
I decided to do some searching online and found some additional information on the company’s official Facebook page.
I found some information about the management team on the Facebook page that I found on the company website.
Here is an image of the management team of NuLife Ventures:

It looks like Bill Resides is the CEO and co-founder alongside Bob and Joey as you can see in the image above.
It does look like they have experience in MLM with some of the past companies that they were involved in.
Other than that, this is all of the information that I was able to dig up on the owners.
It’s strange that they didn’t include their profile images and names on the company website with a bio or backstory and instead left it to their Facebook page to share this info minus any backstory or bios.
Either way, let’s continue.

NuLife Ventures Products – What Do They Offer?

In this section of my review, I am going to share the products that NuLife Ventures offers.
As mentioned before, Nulife Ventures in the health and wellness niche and they mainly focus and offer water purifiers.
They call them their “hydrogen water machines”.
They also offer a device that when you put your hand into it, then the device warms your hand up while providing a message that is supposed to promote better blood flow and health.
The hydrogen water devices that they offer are supplied by a company called “Echo”.
The image that I’ve included above shows the different models that NuLife Ventures offers.
There is a device that sits on top of your sink, one that installs under your sink, and a portable pitcher with the same hydrogen water technology.
How Does The Hydrogen Water Work
Basically, hydrogen gas is dissolved or fused into the water which creates hydrogen water.
Hydrogen water is an antioxidant and reduces oxidative stress.
Hydrogen water is basically water with hydrogen molecules added to it.
The hydrogen water benefits are also backed up with over 10 years of research and several studies.
Avacen Thermo-therapy
This device is an FDA-Cleared, over-the-counter, non-invasive medical device that provides temporary relief for arthritis, muscle and joint pain; and muscle relaxation without a prescription.
vNox+
vNox+ is a nitric oxide supplement that offers increased blood flow which helps with better blood health.
It oxygenates your blood and helps treat erectile dysfunction, decreases the amount of time of muscle recovery, and also lowers blood pressure.
Many weight lifters like to take a nitric oxide supplement to get a better pump and also to reduce recovery time.
Sedona Face Mask
This is another device that is used on the face and uses pulsating magnetic fields that are supposed to circulate the blood and improve the oxygen supply to the cells of the dermis and epidermis.
This treatment is supposed to help with improving skin health.
With that said, I couldn’t find any retail pricing on some of the products like the face mask device and other products that they offer which is not a good thing.
I would check out the company website for full product descriptions and any updates as far as new products and pricing.

How Does The NuLife Ventures Compensation Plan Work?
In this section of my review, I am going to cover how the NuLife Ventures compensation plan works.
Now, MLM compensation plans tend to be updated or change in the lifespan of any MLM company, so I am going to give some of the key features and overviews that this company offers as of writing my review.
I would advise you to take a look at the company compensation plan PDF for the latest and most updated information about how you can make money with NuLife Ventures.
Another thing is that I was not able to find the company compensation plan PDF on the company website so I found this information in other places, mainly Youtube.
So here is an overview of what I found.
To Earn Commissions with NuLife Ventures
If you are going to want to earn commissions with the company, then you are going to have to qualify.
In order to qualify, you will need to purchase one of Class 1 or 2 product packs.
There is a benefit of purchasing the Class 1 product pack over the Class 2 which I would suggest looking into.
Another thing that you will have to do is maintain 60 points in personal volume each month to stay commission qualified with the company.
There are also courses that you must complete to gain commission qualified status as well and also be able to sell a certain amount of Class 2 memberships over a period of time.
There are some hoops for some of the qualifications to earn and stay commission qualified so I would really pay attention to what they are specifically.
This is not a cut and dry MLM program compared to many others that are out there right now.
With that said, let’s continue.
NuLife Ventures Ranks
There is no information that I was able to find online about what ranks the company offers, or what you will need to do in order to qualify for each rank.
This information is very important if you want to earn more with the company and grow.
I personally would not join any company or program if I don’t know this information upfront.
Pass Up Commissions?
Yes, unlike all of the other MLM companies that I have reviewed in the last couple of years, Nulife Ventures offers “pass up” commissions.
Some of the sales commissions that you earn will be passed up to at most 4 upline members to you.
These will be from the sales of Class 1 and 2 memberships and in order for you to qualify for these pass-up sales yourself, you must sell these memberships to others.
Retail Commissions
Retail commissions that any legitimate MLM company offers are the difference in the amount of the retail and wholesale price that you would get it for.
I’m not sure how NuLife Ventures calculates your commissions for retail sales because I didn’t see it mentioned, but I am just guessing that they do offer this.
If they don’t offer a retail option, then the company is not in compliance.
Sponsoring Commissions
Sponsoring commissions are the commissions that you will earn when you personally sponsor or recruit a new member that purchases one of the packs that the company offers.
The company offers a 16% commission on your sales.
Also, when you are able to qualify for a higher rank in the company, you will be able to earn a higher percentage of commission rate per personal sales.
Just make sure to take note of what you will have to do in order to earn a higher sponsoring commission rate and what if offered at your current rank.
Residual Commissions
The information that I found on how the company calculates their residual income is lacking big time and all I can really tell with the information that I found is that they offer some kind of coded bonus plan for monthly sales and purchases from customers and members.
Again, I am not going to guess how this works when I have no information but I would highly recommend you find out this information before you join.
I would personally NEVER join any company or program without knowing HOW I am going to earn.
With that said, this is all of the information that I can find out about how the NuLife Ventures compensation plan works, let’s continue.

My NuLife Ventures FAQ Section
In this section of my review, I am going to answer some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the NuLife Ventures opportunity.
Is NuLife Ventures BBB Accredited?
Taking a look at the Better Business Bureau, there is no accreditation that the BBB has for the NuLife Ventures company.
The BBB does have a listing but the company is not accredited at this time.
What Is the International Shipping Policy?
Basically, if you live outside of the USA or Canada and your shipment gets destroyed or seized by customs authorities, then you are out of luck because the company assumes no responsibility at this time for their customers living outside of the USA or Canada.
What’s The Cost To Join NuLife Ventures?
The minimum cost to join NuLife Ventures is $280 with many limitations on how much you can earn.
To get the most out of how much you can earn, you are going to want to purchase one of the product packages.
The cost will range from $4275 to $9475 for the biggest device packages they offer.
With that said, let’s answer one of the biggest questions that many people ask which is…
Is NuLifeVentures A Scam or Legit Opportunity?

After looking at all of the information, in my opinion, I do not think that NuLife Ventures is a scam.
They do have what they need to offer in order to be an MLM company that is in compliance like:
- Good products that offer a retail option
- A Fair compensation plan
- Transparent leadership
Overall, by looking at what they offer from someone that is on the outside looking in, it looks good.
With that said, let’s finish up.
My Final NuLife Ventures Review and Thoughts
In the final section of my review, I am going to share my final thoughts and recommendation about the NuLife Ventures opportunity.
I have taken the time to research the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan.
After taking a look at all of that information, I shared what I thought about the legitimacy in which I thought it was an MLM company that is in compliance with what I can see.
You know have all of the information about what it is, what they offer, and how you can make money with them.
What are your thoughts up to know about the company?
But here is the question…
Do I Recommend NuLife Ventures?
I would have to say that you have all of the information about the company with the information that I shared with you in my NuLifeVentures review for you to make a decision on whether this is right for you or not.
If you were to ask me if I would join, I would have to say no due to the cost of the machines that they offer when you join.
I personally own an alkalizing water and purifier machine from a well-known and trusted company that cost me $3k for the entire setup.
I don’t see how the close to 10k cost is competitive and foresee issues with the cost to value when there are well-known and trusted companies out there selling similar products for much cheaper.
I think it’s a great product, but with some of the issues that I listed and the price point, I don’t see this company be one that would be easy to promote and make money with compared to over a hundred others that I can make money with.
If you like what they have to offer like their products, then go for it, but I would shop around first if I were you.
With that said, I hope you enjoyed my NuLife Ventures review.
