Welcome to my iThrive Network review.

One of the things that we really need to take a look at when thinking about joining any company that you can make money with is to find out if it is a scam or not.

We wouldn’t want to join a company where the company is known for taking off with everyone’s money or if a company is a danger of shutting down because they are not abiding by the rules and regulations that the FTC and SEC have put in place for programs like this.

We have a very simple formula to find out whether it is a scam or not which is to find out if the company is following the rules that the FTC and SEC have in place.

We decided to take a closer look and dig into the information was because of the buzz around the social media circles I’m part of.

With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn about the iThrive Network opportunity.

iThrive Network Review – What Is It?

iThrive Network is an MLM opportunity that gives you the ability to make money online with the compensation plan they offer and

The niche that I would consider iThrive Network would be in is the MLM make money online or “biz opp” niche because they don’t really offer any product other than some training on various money-making topics.

Company Overview

When taking a look at the company website, we always like to see information about the owner.

Information about the owner on the website provides the ability to research the background and experience that the owner has in the business.

It also gives the new member a sense of trust with the owner being transparent on who they are.

Unfortunately, the company website does not reveal who owns or runs the iThrive Network company.

I couldn’t even find out where they are located which is odd.

We dug a bit further into information in the domain name and here is what we found:

The domain name “ithrivenetwork.net” was registered on 6-4-2018.
The domain name was registered privately.

Because we could find any additional information when researching the domain name, we dug a bit deeper.

iThrive Network is actually a reboot of another company that was called iPro Network.

iPro Network was a cryptocurrency program that promoted their ProCurrency coin.

They used to offer an MLM program and also by investing in their PROC crypto coin they offered.

The company lost steem and eventually shut down in the middle of 2018.

Now, the owner of iPro Network decided to “reboot” the company and called it iThrive Network is what we think happened due to it being so similar.

So, the owner of iPro Network was Daniel Pacheco according to his Facebook page and Vimeo channel that we found, and could possibly be the owner of iThrive Network as well.

This has not been found to be 100% to be confirmed at this time but this is what all of the information points to unless he sold the program off.

With that said, that is all the information we’ve found on the company, let’s move on to the next section.

iThrive Network Products Review

In this section of the review, we are going to dig into the information about the products or services that iThrive Network offers.

When you are operating an MLM company, you need to offer some type of retail product or service to be legit, or else it’s a Ponzi Scheme according to the FTC definition of what an MLM company is that doesn’t offer any retail products.

You can join the company by making an investment in one of the packages they offer, then you will gain access to some educational and training courses.

The main product is access to the money-making opportunity.

iThrive Network Compensation Plan Breakdown

In this section of the review, we are going to dig into the details about how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the iThrive Network opportunity.

The compensation plan the iThrive Network offers runs off an MLM structured pay plan.

You earn by referring others that purchase a membership and making an investment into one of the package levels and by building a team or an organizational downline.

The first thing you will have to do is get started.

Getting Started

Like we mentioned before, you will need to make an investment to get started which will cost $50 per year.

Then after that yearly subscription, you will need to make an investment into one of the levels listed here:

Basic Level – This level will require an investment of $100
Intermediate Level – This level will require an investment of $500
Accelerated Level – This level will require an investment of $2,000
Advanced Level – This level will require an investment of $3,000
eTrader Level – This level will require an investment of $5,000
Professional Level – This level will require an investment of $6,000

iThrive Network Ranks

When you start building your business and referring others, you can earn more money and bonuses by moving up the ranks that iThrive Network offers.

There are a total of 6 ranks and each rank comes with certain qualifications that you need to reach in order to get labeled that rank and to earn at that rank level.

Here is a breakdown of the ranks and the qualifications you need in order to reach each rank:

Senior Consultant Rank – To reach this rank you need to generate at least 5000 GV in the total team or “downline” volume.
Executive Consultant Rank – To reach this rank you need to generate at least 30,000 GV in the total team or “downline” volume.
Director Rank – To reach this rank you need to generate at least 100,000 GV in the total team or “downline” volume.
Senior Director Rank – To reach this rank you need to generate at least 400,000 GV in the total team or “downline” volume.
Executive Director Rank – This information is not provided by the company.
Senior Vice President Rank – This information is not provided by the company.

Here are some terms to better understand some of the acronyms that we mention:

GV – This means “Group Volume” and is the total purchases that your entire team makes that includes personally referred and downline members.
PV – This means your “Personal Volume” which is the total purchase amount that you and your personal referrals purchase.

With that said, when you are reaching your qualifications to reach any rank, you will need to not have more than 40% of your required GV requirement coming from any 1 leg of your unilevel compensation plan structure.

Unilevel Compensation Plan Breakdown

For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

1st Level – This level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally referred members on it.
2nd Level – The second level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 1 members personally sponsored on it.
3rd Level – The third level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have team members that your level 2 members personally sponsored on it.
and so on…
Each personally sponsored member the “you” refer will count as 1 of your qualifying sales volume legs.

Rank Commissions Caps

Depending on the rank that you are qualified at will determine the amount of money that you can make.

It will be capped so even if you earn more, you will be capped.

Here is a breakdown of the rank caps:

Senior Consultant Rank – At this rank, you will be capped at earning $3000 in commissions which also include bonuses.
Executive Consultant Rank – At this rank, you will be capped at earning $10,000 in commissions which also include bonuses. (per binary position)
Director Rank – At this rank, you will be capped at earning $15,000 in commissions which also include bonuses. (you can also earn an additional $12,500 per additional binary position)
Senior Director Rank – At this rank, you will be capped at earning $50,000 in commissions which also include bonuses. (you can also earn an additional $12,500 per additional binary position)

Recruitment Commissions

Every time you personally refer a new member that makes an investment you will earn 10% from the level of investment that they purchase.

Recruitment Bonus Commissions

You can also earn a one-time $400 bonus commission when you meet all of these conditions:

One of your personally referred purchases a Basic or higher package
One of your personally referred recruited at least two affiliates who have each also purchased a Basic or higher package; and
One of 2 members that your personally referred members recruited also referred an affiliate member that has also purchased at least a Basic package.

Residual Commissions (binary)

iThrive Network offers residual commissions that are paid out on new investments your entire team makes.

These commissions are paid out using the MLM binary compensation plan structure.

For those that are unfamiliar with how the binary pay plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

Binary compensation plans only have 2 legs (left and right)
Each leg is counted for its own sales volume
The leg that has fewer sales volume considers the “weaker” leg.
You also get paid from the “weaker” leg’s sales volume.
The weaker leg can be either leg at any point in time.
You must have an active personally referred member on your right leg and on the left leg to qualify for commissions.
Binaries have unlimited levels that can be built using direct or indirect sponsoring.
You must have sales volume on both legs to earn commissions.

iThrive Network calculates the volume that you have on the weaker leg and pays out 10% of the sales from that leg.

After the commission run each week, you start back at zero on the weaker leg and any leftover volume on the bigger legs gets carried over to the next week.

Commissions that you can earn from your binary pay plan will be capped at the amount that you can earn which will depend on your investment level.

Here is a breakdown of what you can earn up to, depending on the investment level that you are at:

Basic Level – When you invest into this level you are capped at earning $500 each week in the residual commissions that you can earn.
Intermediate Level – When you invest into this level you are capped at earning $2500 each week in the residual commissions that you can earn.
Accelerated Level – When you invest into this level you are capped at earning $7500 each week in the residual commissions that you can earn.
Advanced Level – When you invest into this level you are capped at earning $12,500 each week in the residual commissions that you can earn.
eTrader Level – When you invest into this level you are capped at earning $7500 each week in the residual commissions that you can earn.
Professional Level – When you invest into this level you are capped at earning $35,000 each week in the residual commissions that you can earn.

Additional Binary Position Commissions

As an iThrive Network affiliate member, you can earn up to 7 additional binary team positions.

Depending on your qualifying rank will qualify you for additional positions.

Here is a breakdown of the additional positions that you can get with the program:

Executive Consultant Rank – At this rank, you must also have purchased the Intermediate or a higher level to receive 2 more positions in your binary compensation plan structure.
Senior Directors and Higher Ranks – At these ranks, you must also have purchased the Professional level to receive 6 more positions in your binary compensation plan structure.

The positions will be stacked where you can earn on all of the additional binary positions that you have.

Matching Bonus Commissions (unilevel)

iThrive Network also offers matching bonus commissions.

These are commissions that are paid out using the unilevel compensation plan structure that pays down to a total of 7 levels when you’re qualified.

So, with that said, here is a breakdown of the matching bonus that you can earn when qualified:

When you generate a total of 10,000 PV in downline volume, you will be able to earn a 10% matching commission on your level 1 only.
When you generate a total of 20,000 PV in downline volume, you will be able to earn a 10% matching commission on your levels 1 and 2.
When you generate a total of 30,000 PV in downline volume, you will be able to earn a 10% matching commission on your levels 1 through 3.
When you generate a total of 40,000 PV in downline volume, you will be able to earn a 10% matching commission on your levels 1 through 4.
When you generate a total of 50,000 PV in downline volume, you will be able to earn a 10% matching commission on your levels 1 through 5.
When you generate a total of 60,000 PV in downline volume, you will be able to earn a 10% matching commission on your levels 1 through 5 and 5% on level 6.
When you generate a total of 70,000 PV in downline volume, you will be able to earn a 10% matching commission on levels 1 through 5 and 5% on levels 6 and 7.

Additionally, no more than 40% of the qualifying volume can come from anyone’s leg.

Leadership Bonus Commissions

These are commissions that iThrive Network offers that are a bonus when you qualify for a certain rank in the pay plan.

This is the total amount of all the sales volume that is generated by personally referred members.

Here is a breakdown of what you can earn when you qualify for a certain rank:

Executive Consultant Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 1% of the total sales volume that is generated by personally referred Consultant and Senior Consultant Ranked members.
Director Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 1.5% of the total sales volume that is generated by personally referred Consultant and Senior Consultant Ranks and 0.5% on Executive Consultant Ranked members.
Senior Director Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 2% of the total sales volume that is generated by personally referred Consultants and Senior Consultants, 1% on Executive Consultant Ranks and 0.5% on Director Ranked members.
Executive Director Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 2.5% of the total sales volume that is generated by personally referred Consultant Ranks and Senior Consultant Ranks, 1.5% on Executive Consultants, 1% on Directors and 0.5% on Senior Director Ranked members.
Senior Vice President Rank – When you qualify for this rank you will earn 3% of the total sales volume that is generated by personally referred Consultant Ranks and Senior Consultant Ranks, 2% on Executive Consultant Ranks, 1.5% on Director Ranks, 1% on Senior Director Ranks and 0.5% on Executive Director Ranked members.

Is iThrive Network A Scam Or Legit Opportunity?

In our opinion, yes, iThrive Network is a scam, and here is the main reason why:

They offer no retail products when operating an MLM company.

This red flag factor makes it clear that it is a Ponzi Scheme in the regulator’s eyes if they were to do an audit on the company right now.

My Final iThrive Network Review and Thoughts
