ImpulsX Review – Passive Income Scam Or Legit AdCredit Money Maker?

Welcome to my ImpulsX review!

If you’re looking for a detailed overview that covers all of the information about the ImpulsX company, the products, and the compensation plan, then you’re in the right place!

I decided to finally take a closer look at the opportunity due to the growing popularity it appeared to be getting online.

I wanted to see what it is all about and to see if it is the type of opportunity that I can make money with and is most likely the reason why you are here today.

ImpulsX Review

In the last section of my review, I am going to look over all of the information that I gathered and share my final thoughts and recommendation with you so make sure to stick around until the end.

With that said, let’s dig in and learn what ImpulsX is all about.

What Is ImpulsX?

What Is ImpulsX

What ImpulsX looks like to me is a money-making opportunity through an ad credit MLM company with a promised profit on your investment which is accomplished through a trading bot that the company offers its members. The niche that I would consider the company to be in is the cryptocurrency and ad credit MLM passive income niche.

Company Overview

The first thing that comes to mind when I started to look into the ImpulsX company is another ad credit MLM company that has since been shut-down by the SEC because they labeled it a Ponzi Scheme.

The similarity is the ad credit MLM aspect that ImpulsX offers their members but I am not saying they are the same.

When I start looking at any opportunity that I am thinking of promoting and making money with, I like to see who is running it which will tell me the experience and the history that an owner has.

This will give me something to start with and see if I even want to look further into the company.

With that said, there are 3 parts to ImpulsX which are:

  • ImpulsX Passive
  • ImpulsX Trading
  • EurekaX Crypto Exchange

All of the 3 parts to ImpulsX are run on their own separate websites and there is no information about the owner or of the CEO on any of them.

After doing some digging it turns out that the CEO of EurekaX Crypto Exchange is Darren Bradbury.

He is labeled the CEO of that website but not sure if he is the CEO of the other 2.

Darren appears to have started online around 2017 where he was promoting a company called PowerHouse Feeder.

A couple of years later, he started his own company that was called My Passive Trades which had some issues with it where it didn’t really go anywhere.

In late 2019 is when he started another company called EurekaCoin which is the company that is tied into ImpulseX.

EurekaCoin trades their own coin which is publicly traded called ERK Coin which has hovered at 1 to 2 cents since 2018.

With that said, Darren partnered up with a guy named Mike Verdellen and started the ImpulsX company.

There is not a lot of information that I was able to dig up on Mark.

That is all of the information that I have right now about the company, let’s continue to the next section.

ImpulsX Products – What Do They Offer?

ImpulsX Products and Services

In this section of my ImpulsX review, I am going to cover the products and the services that they offer.

After looking through all 3 sites, when you become a member, there are no retail products or services that you can offer others that will give you a commission.

The only thing that you can offer someone is the opportunity that ImpulsX offers that will earn you commissions and bonuses through the compensation plan they offer.

With that said, let’s move to the next section.

How Does The ImpulsX Compensation Plan Work?

ImpulsX Compensation Plan Passive Income

In this section of my ImpulsX review, I am going to cover the information about how the compensation plan works and other ways that you can make money with them.

There are 3 aspects to the ImpulsX compensation plan that I found which all correlate to the 3 websites that are associated with ImpulsX which are:

  • Ad Pack Passive Income with ImpulsX Referral Commissions
  • ImpulsX Trading Commissions and…
  • EurekaX Crypto Exchange

ImpulsX Ad Pack Passive Income with Referral Commission

This is the first part of the commissions model that ImpulsX offers which is basically an Ad Credit MLM system with a promise of a weekly ROI.

It offers a 2-part system where you can earn passively without recruiting anyone and through an MLM matrix compensation plan.

Each Ad pack that ImpulsX offers can be purchased for $10 each.

Each Ad Credit pack that you purchase will offer a promised weekly return of 2.5% on your investment ($10 per pack) by the company.

The second part of the ImpulsX compensation plan is their referral commissions.

The referral commissions are paid and tracked using the MLM matrix compensation plan that is a 2X20.

Everyone that joins can earn up to 4 levels of your matrix but to earn more you must qualify by increasing your rank in the company which I will get into in a second.

Each active position in your matrix compensation plan that you qualify for pays you .20.

Here are the rank qualification requirements that you must meet to earn past the 4 levels:

  • Silver Rank – To qualify for this rank you will need to invest in at least 10 adpacks, and personally recruit 2 members that purchase at least 1 adpack each. Doing this will unlock 8 levels.
  • Gold Rank – To qualify for this rank you will need to invest in at least 100 adpacks, and personally recruit 5 members that purchase at least 1 adpack each. Doing this will unlock 12 levels.
  • Diamond Rank – To qualify for this rank you will need to invest in at least 500 adpacks, and personally recruit 10 members that purchase at least 1 adpack each. Doing this will unlock 15 levels.
  • Ruby Rank – To qualify for this rank you will need to invest in at least 1000 adpacks, and personally recruit 30 members that purchase at least 1 adpack each. Doing this will unlock 17 levels.
  • Emerald Rank – To qualify for this rank you will need to invest in at least 2500 adpacks, and personally recruit 50 members that purchase at least 1 adpack each. Doing this will unlock 20 levels.

ImpulsX Trading Commissions

ImpulsX Trading

ImpulsX offers their Trading site that offers you commissions that you can earn through direct and indirect sales.

They pay 7.5% of the monthly and membership fees from your downline team members.

They offer 4 membership levels and the main difference in each one is the amount of money that you can earn from the matrix compensation plan that this part of the compensation plan they pay you on.

Here is a breakdown of the 4 levels:

  • Affiliate – This level will require a $9.99 per month fee to gain access to earn direct commissions.
  • Ninja Trading Modules – This level requires a $39.99 fee per month for their “Ninja Trading Modules” and direct commissions.
  • NBot – This level requires a $39.99 per month fee for access to NBot and direct commissions.
  • Personal Mentoring – This level requires a $249.99 per month fee to gain access to all levels of your matrix commissions.

One of the catches if you will is that to earn from all levels of your matrix compensation plan, you will have to be on both one of the $39.99 per month memberships and the $249.99 monthly membership.

If you only want to earn from your personally recruited members, you can pay the $9.99 monthly fee.

The matrix is structured in a 3X10 and the commissions are based on the monthly fees from your personally recruited members and your downline members.

EurekaX Crypto Exchange

EurekaX Crypto Exchange

The EurekaX Crypto Exchange website is another opportunity on its own where they will take part of the fees charged from members and will pay you down 2 levels of your downline unilevel compensation plan structure.

There is not any additional information that I was able to find about how this is broken down and paid out so with that said, this concludes the compensation plan part of my EurekaX review.

Let’s continue.

My ImpulsX Q and A Section

In this section of my ImpulsX review, I am going to answer some questions for those that are thinking about joining.

Is ImpulsX Accredited With The BBB?

No, ImpulsX is not accredited with the BBB at this time but that doesn’t mean that the company is a scam or a bad company.

The lack of accreditation or a listing with the BBB just means that it is not listed at this time and may never be listed or recognized with them.

There are a ton of companies that are not listed that have been running for years and some with negative reviews with the BBB, so what I learned to do is use the BBB for a reference site and look at all of the information that was gathered as a whole before I can form my own opinion about a company.

What’s The Cost To Join ImpulsX?

There is a free option to join ImpulsX where they let you register an account and earn only from the referral matrix but not from the passive income they offer.

To join the passive income side of the company will require you to purchase Ad Credits which are sold for $10 per ad credit with a 2.5% weekly ROI promise.

Joining the trading aspect of the compensation plan is another aspect that you can earn from.

In order to earn at all levels of your matrix compensation plan in the trading aspect of ImpulsX, you will have to start with purchase one of the $39.99 monthly memberships and the $249.99 per month level option.

The $9.99 level (affiliate) only offers you direct commissions or what others say “personally sponsored only commissions”.

I am not sure what the fees are with the crypto exchange but that also offers referral commissions.

With that said, let’s get to the question that most people are here for which is…

Do I Think ImpulsX Is A Scam?

Is ImpulseX A Scam or Legit Opportunity

After going through all of the information that I found on the ImpulsX opportunity and company, I can’t say that it is a scam at this time.

However, there are some aspects that have me concerned based on history which are:

  • The ad credit MLM which another popular company used which was shut down by the SEC
  • The profit that you earn through your investment that I don’t believe is registered by the SEC either which is another big red flag in my opinion.

These 2 things can cause major problems and issues that can cause major frustration and lost profits and investments from members.

All I am saying is to be careful and to know the risks if you do decide to join!

With that said, let’s finish up.

My Final ImpulsX Review and Thoughts

In the last section of my ImpulsX review, I am going to share my final thoughts and recommendation about the company and the opportunity as a whole.

I have taken the time to research the company, the products, and the compensation plan with you.

I have also shared a few of my concerns with you about the legitimacy of ImpulsX above.

At this point, you should know more about what ImpulsX is, what they can offer you, and the risks involved.

What are your thoughts up to this point?

But here is the question…

Would I Recommend Joining ImpulsX?

You have all of the information that you would need to make an educated decision on whether or not you feel ImpulsX is the right opportunity for you or if it is not.

If you were to ask me if I would join, I would have to say no due to the concerns that I listed above.

With that said, I hope you enjoyed my ImpulsX review.
