FluxOn Club Review – A Scam Or Worth Your Time? Compensation Plan Details

If you’re looking for a detailed FluxOn Club review, then you are in the right place!

There has been some buzz going around the internet on certain websites about this company so I wanted to take a closer look and see how it works.

I am going to take the time to research and review the information I find about the company, the products, and the compensation plan and share the information that I find here with you.

I will also give you my thoughts on whether or not I think it is a scam and give you my reasons why below.

FluxOn Club Review

Make sure to stick around to the end because some of the information that I found might surprise you.

With that said, let’s dig in and see what we can learn about this opportunity.

What Is FluxOn Club?

What Is FluxOn Club

FluxOn Club is an MLM company where you can make money by recruiting new members and by building a downline team of other affiliate members.

There is also another money-making aspect to FluxOn Club where they will offer you a promised ROI when you make an investment.

The niche that I would consider this company to be in would be the cryptocurrency niche.

Company Overview

One of the things that I like to see when I review any company out there is who the owner is.

This gives me the ability to research the background and the experience that the owner has.

If the owner has a shady past or has a history of scamming people, then I wouldn’t want to join it and ruin my reputation.

With that said, I could not find any information on the company website about who the owner is.

FluxOn Club Owners Founders CEO

However, I did run across some marketing material that explained that the company is run by co-founders George Katsanov and Jorge Nieto.

The only experience that we found with Goerge was that he was promoting TelexFree that was shut down by the government in several countries that issued fines to the owner and some of the members that earned a significant profit.

It turned out that TelexFree was a Ponzi Scheme and was an illegally run company.

There isn’t any information that I was able to find online about Jorge.

That is all of the information that I was able to find online about the company.

With that said, let’s continue.

What Products Does FluxOn Club Offer?

FluxOn Club Products Review No Retail

In this section of my review, I am going to share the information that I found about the products that FluxOn Club offers.

After taking a look at all of the company website pages, I was unable to locate any products or services that the company offers.

It seems that the company is taking on investors to “what they say” invest into the crypto mining that the company does so that investors can earn a percentage from the profit that is being made from their mining efforts.

As far as any education, digital, or physical products, I did not see anything that the company offers any investors.

In order for an MLM company to be in compliance with the MLM law in at least the US and Canada, the company needs to offer some type of product or service.

If they fail to offer any products or services, then the company is labeled as a Ponzi Scheme by the government which wouldn’t be very good for the longevity of the company in any country that has these laws.

These guidelines are all covered on the FTC website.

With that said, let’s continue.

How Does The FluxOn Club Compensation Plan Work?

FluxOn Club Compensation Plan Breakdown

In this section of my review, I am going to cover the information about how the compensation plan works and how you can make money with the FluxOn Club opportunity.

There are 2 ways that you can make money with FluxOn Club which are:

  • ROI Commissions
  • Referral Commissions

But first thing is first if you want to start earning from the promised ROI that the company offers.

Getting Started and ROI Commissions

The first thing that you will have to do in order to earn the promised ROI that the company offers is to make an investment.

You can find the cost to join this ROI in my FAQ section below.

With that said, I could not find any information on how much they pay you for this ROI or if it is daily.

There are no details that they want to release on their website about it for some reason.

Ranks and Qualifications

The Ranks that the company offers are very important to how much you will be able to earn with the company.

Since the company doesn’t have details about the ROI, I couldn’t say if your rank in the company will benefit you in an increased percentage for the ROI earning that the company promises.

However, when it comes to the money that you can make with the MLM side of how you can make money with FluxOn Club, they definitely relate.

The higher the rank that you can qualify for will mean the more bonuses and money that you can earn with the compensation plan that the company offers.

Here is a breakdown of all of the ranks and the qualifications that you must meet in order to reach those ranks:

  • PartnerRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $100 and also generate $200 in your weaker binary leg side investment volume.
  • AgentRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $250 and also accumulate $2000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.
  • ConsultantRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $500 and also accumulate $10,000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.
  • SupervisorRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $750 and also accumulate $25,000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.
  • Junior ManagerRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $1500 and also accumulate $75,000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.
  • ManagerRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $2500 and also accumulate $200,000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.
  • AdministratorRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $10,000 and also accumulate $1,000,000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.
  • DirectorRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $25,000 and also accumulate $2,000,000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.
  • General DirectorRank – In order to qualify for this rank, you will need to invest $50,000 and also accumulate $5,000,000 in investment volume between both of your binary legs.

There is also another requirement you must reach in order to qualify for the ranks below:

  • Partner and Agent Ranks can only contribute 50% of the investment volume per any 1 unilevel team leg.
  • Consultant to Top Manager Ranks can only contribute 40% of the investment volume per 2 unilevel team leg and 20% from a 3rd.
  • Administrator to General Director Ranks can only contribute 30% of the investment volume per 3 unilevel team leg and 10% from a 4th.

Unilvel Compensation Plan Structure

For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan structure works, here is a quick breakdown:

  • The first level of your unilevel compensation plan structure will only have your personally recruited members on it.
  • The second level of your unilevel comp plan will only have team members that your level 1 members personally recruited on it.
  • The third level of your unilevel pay plan will only have team members that your level 2 members personally recruited on it.
  • and so on…

This is the basic unilevel compensation plan structure breakdown for all unilevel plans.

Binary Compensation Plan Structure

For those that are not familiar with how the Binary compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

  • The binary pay plan only has 2 legs.
  • Each leg counts for its own investment volume.
  • You always get paid on the leg that has a fewer sales volume number.
  • You must recruit and maintain a person on your left and right leg for you to qualify for these binary commissions.
  • The volume that is used is taken away to be replenished by new investment volume
  • Any volume that is not used (is usually) carried over to the next pay period.

That was a basic explanation of how all binary comp plans work.

Recruiting Commissions

Recruiting commissions are the commissions that you will earn when you personally sponsor a new member that makes an investment.

The company will pay you 5% on the investment amount that your personally recruited member makes.

Residual Commissions

Residual commissions that you can earn with FluxOn Club are paid and tracked using the binary compensation plan model.

I explained how this pay plan structure works above.

The amount that you can make residually per pay period will depend on your qualified rank in the company.

Here is the breakdown of what you can earn:

  • Partner to Consultant Ranks – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 5% on your weaker leg per pay period.
  • Supervisor and Junior Manager Ranks – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 8% on your weaker leg per pay period.
  • Manager to General Director Ranks – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn 10% on your weaker leg per pay period.

Matching Bonus Commissions

The Matching Bonus commissions that FluxOn Club offers are paid and tracked using the unilevel compensation plan.

I explained how the unilevel pay plan works above.

There are a total of 5 levels that you can get paid on with this bonus.

Here is a breakdown of what you can get paid and how this bonus works:

  • Supervisor Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn a 5% match on your level 1 investing members.

  • Administrator Rank – When you qualify for this rank, you will earn a 5% match on all investing members down 5 levels of your unilevel pay plan structure.

Reinvestment Commissions

Reinvested Funds are a way to increase your ROI in the company, well in most of the other companies that have a similar business model.

When someone in your downline does this, you will be able to earn a Reinvestment Commission.

The commissions that you can earn from this bonus is paid and tracked using the same unilevel comp plan structure as the Matching Bonus commissions use.

Depending on your rank, you can get paid a Reinvesting commission from all reinvesting team members down 9 levels.

Here is how that works:

Rank Bonus Commissions

The Rank Bonus is a one-time commission that you can earn when you are qualified at one of the ranks that I have listed below.

This bonus is meant as an incentive to help motivate you to qualify for the next higher rank that will pay you an extra bonus.

Here is what you will earn when you qualify for the ranks below:

This is a bonus that you can earn when you reach the rank of Junior Manager.

My FluxOn Club Q and A Section

In this section of my review, I am going to answer some of the questions that people may have when thinking about joining the FluxOn Club opportunity.

Is FluxOn Club BBB Accredited?

No, FluxOn Club is not accredited with the BBB.

Not having accreditation with the BBB does not make FluxOn Club a scam.

One of the things that I would like to point out about the BBB is that it is not a government-run website and is privately owned.

This is why when I make my recommendation about any opportunity, I look at all of the facts and information.

What’s The Cost To Join FluxOn Club?

To take full advantage of the ROI that the company promises, you must invest at least $100.

Also, in order to reach a higher rank in the company, you must invest a higher amount up to a $50,000 investment.

With that said, let’s answer the question that many of you have been waiting for which is…

Is FluxOn Club A Scam or Legitimate Opportunity?

Is FluxOn Club A Scam or Legit Opportunity

In my opinion, no, FluxOn Club is not a scam, but I do see some issues with their business model.

The first issue is that the company offers an MLM compensation plan which by law is required to provide retail products or services of some kind in many countries.

The company fails to offer any retail products or services at this time.

The second and more serious issue is that the company is offering some kind of promised return for your investment without any approval from the countries that they do business in.

In the United States, the company needs to get SEC approval with a license that costs millions of dollars and of course approval that they do not have.

Europe also needs government approval. There have been several companies that have been shut down due to the lack of this license in many countries and have been issued big fines and lawsuits throughout the years.

And yes, the government will also go after any member with legal papers that have joined and made a significant return.

Now, I do understand that the company does say they have some kind of government approval, but where’s the proof?

I would just say to be careful and to know that this could happen.

Another scenario is the company bails out by shutting down the company before the company gets too big and many of the members can lose all of the investment money and time that they put into the company.

With that said, let’s finish up.

My Final FluxOn Club Review and Thoughts

In the final section of my review, I am going to share my final thoughts and recommendation about the FluxOn Club opportunity.

I have taken the time to research and review the information about the company, the products, and the compensation plan.

I have also shared my concerns when the question was asked: “is FluxOn Club a Scam” and shared my thoughts above with you.

At this point, you should have a clear idea about what FluxOn Club is, how it works, what they offer, and how you can make money with them.

What are your thoughts about it up to this point?

But here is the question…

Do I Recommend Joining FluxOn Club?

You have all of the information about this company to make an educated decision on whether or not it is right for you.

If you were to ask me if I would join, due to the issues that I have found with it, I would have to pass and not join.

With that said, I hope you enjoyed my FluxOn Club review.
