Is Cellis a scam?
This is one of those questions that you will want to know about before joining any opportunity that you can earn commissions with.
We are going to take a look at the information on the company, the compensation plan, and the products to determine if it is a scam or a legitimate opportunity.
We wouldn’t want to join an opportunity to wake up one day and find out that the company gets shut down and all of your time and money that you invested in the company would be lost.
The reason why I decided to take a closer look at Cellis was that I like coffee, and seen some portions online, and wanted to learn more about this opportunity.
I will reveal what my thoughts about Cellis are in my final thoughts section below.
With that said, let’s dive down and take a look a what Cellis is all about.
What Is Cellis?
Cellis is an MLM opportunity in the coffee niche.
It offers an opportunity to purchase the coffee they offer or join as an affiliate marketing member to earn commissions through the compensation plan they offer.
Coffee has been a popular product in the MLM niche with companies like OrganoGold being the biggest in the niche.

The Cellis Company Overview
In this section of my review we are going to look at the information we find about the company and who is behind it all.
Korey Johnson is the owner and CEO of Cellis.
Korey has been known to build very sizeable teams in the nutritional MLM niche with several companies.
According to his bio, he has been in the MLM industry for over 29 years and has earned over 6 figures through several MLM companies over the years.
Some of Korey’s past ventures included Waiora back in 2010 and his last venture right before opening up Cellis was Valentus just a couple of years ago in 2017.
The company is based out of Texas in the USA.
I believe this is the first company that Korey has decided to run.
With that said, let’s move on to the next section.

Cellis Products Review
In this section of my review, we are going to take a look at the products that Cellis has to offer.
Cellis offers coffee as the flagship product.
The company also offers weight loss and insulin-focused health supplements.
The main product that they are leading with is called Joe+ which is the coffee.
Joe+
The Joe+ is claimed to be a Columbian blend “healthy coffee” with additional supplements added to it that include:
- Garcinia Cambogia at 70%
- L-Theanine
- Amino acid
- Bio3C (Dihydroberberine)
The claim that the company says the benefits of drinking Joe+ includes:
- Weight Loss and Maintenance
- Glucose Tolerance
- Appetite Control
- Increased Energy
- Mental Alertness
The Joe+ coffee will come in a box of 15 single-serve easy pour packet sticks.
One box of 15 servings of the Joe+ will cost $67, which they offer as a monthly subscription.
Fuse
Another product that Cellis offers is called Fuse.
Fuse is a weight loss supplement that can be added to your Joe+ coffee.
The price for a 30 day supply of 30 capsules will cost $37.
Ingredients of Fuse include:
- Bio3C
- Vitamin B12 and B6
- Caralluma Fimbriata
- Chromium Polynicotinate
- Phenylethylamine
If you want to purchase the Joe+ with Fuse for a monthly supply will cost $104 per month.
Bio3C
Another product that Cellis offers is Bio3C which is their product that helps regulate your insulin levels.
The ingredients that Bio3C has is:
- Cinnamon
- Chromium Polynicotinate
When you combine cinnamon and chromium polynicotinate it is shown to boost the effectiveness of insulin that helps regulate your blood sugar levels and promotes your total wellness.
The Bio3C is offered for a 30 day supply of 60 capsules for $87 per month.
They do have an option of combining Bio3C in one of the monthly packages they offer for one of the monthly options.

The Cellis Compensation Plan Breakdown
In this section of my review, we are going to cover the information about the Cellis compensation plan.
You can earn money through retail sales to customers and also from referring people to join the opportunity that Cellis has to offer.
The compensation plan is structured in a unilevel MLM compensation plan.
If you don’t understand what a unilevel plan is here is a quick breakdown:
- 1st Level – This first level of a unilevel plan will only include your personally referred members.
- 2nd Level – The second level of a unilevel pay structure will only include the referrals that your personally referred (1st level) members sponsor into Cellis.
- 3rd Level – The third level of a unilevel pay structure will only include the referrals that your 2nd level team members sponsor into Cellis.
- and so on…
Sponsoring Commissions
The sponsoring commissions are earned and structured through the unilevel pay plan.
Cellis offers 3 levels of unilevel commissions.
The commissions through these 3 levels are paid through the Lifestyle Package and the VIP Lifestyle Package.
Here is how the Sponsoring Commissions are broken down.
Lifestyle Package Unilevel Commissions
- Level 1 – For personally sponsored members on your level one will pay you $150 commissions.
- Level 2 – Level 2 members will pay you $37.50 commissions.
- Level 3 – Level 3 members will pay you $37.50 commissions.
VIP Lifestyle Package Unilevel Commissions
- Level 1 – For personally sponsored members on your level one will pay you $300 commissions.
- Level 2 – Level 2 members will pay you $75 commissions.
- Level 3 – Level 3 members will pay you $75 commissions.
Visionary Bonus Commissions
Visionary Bonus is based more on sponsoring new members into the company.
The amount you get will depend on which of the packages your member went with (Lifestyle Package or VIP Lifestyle Package).
For every five personally enrolled members:
- Lifestyle Package affiliate receives $25 per Lifestyle Package affiliate sponsored and $50 per VIP Lifestyle Package affiliate
- VIP Lifestyle Package affiliate receives $50 per Lifestyle Package affiliate sponsored and $100 per VIP Lifestyle Package affiliate
Matching Bonus
When you qualify for the Visionary Bonus that Cellis offers you will also be qualified for a Matching Bonus for a total of 120 days.

The Cellis FAQ Section
In this section of the review, we are going to cover some answers to questions that people may have when thinking about joining Cellis.
Is Cellis Accredited With The BBB?
No, at the moment, Cellis is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau at this time.
I would assume that they will eventually get some kind of accreditation at some point in the future if the company doesn’t shut down.
The reason for Cellis not having accreditation is that it does not have enough time in business at this time.
No accreditation or listed on the BBB site is not an automatic reflection of a company or program being a scam.
It could be because it is simply not listed at this time.
Cost To Join Cellis
The price to join Cellis as an affiliate member to earn commissions will be either:
- The LifeStyle Pack Level at $536
- The VIP LifeStyle Pack Level at $1036
The only difference between the 2 packages appears to be the amount of product you get of course and the opportunities that you to earn through the compensation plan.
Of course, the bigger package offers more angles that you can earn more with the pay plan.
Is Cellis A Scam?
In my personal opinion, no Cellis is not a scam.
They have a solid business plan with retail products and a solid compensation plan.
My Final Cellis Review and Final Thoughts
In this section, I will cover my final thoughts about the Cellis opportunity.
There is a lot of potentials that I see with Cellis.
They do have a product that we know does sell amazingly well in the industry so they do have that going for it.
But one of the problems that I see is they don’t offer any special offers for the retail customers for the Cellis products.
You get that same offer whether you are a customer or affiliate member.
So when that happens the customer sales tend to be very low compared to the affiliate members that join for the opportunity.
And when that happens it does not look good in the regulator’s eyes.
I am sure Korey knows this with all the years he has spent in the MLM industry so hopefully, he will get that issue fixed.
I understand that when a new company launches there are many things that get changed and updated in the first year.
They also need to update a lot of the information on the company compensation plan details because, in my opinion, it does not look like a pay plan that would entice enough builders to start running out of the gate.
We all know that speed means wealth in the MLM industry so why not make things a little more streamlined at first and then update and fix it to make the regulators happy after 4 months or so.
Many companies will do this including some of the major companies that are still around today.
In my opinion, they still have a lot of work to do.
But hopefully, this will turn into a great company down the road.
With that said, the products seem great and as a bonus, all of the ingredients are clinically proven to do what the claims are which is good.
I just hope the coffee tastes like actual coffee and not some medicinal coffee that you can tell there are additives within it because I know that will affect sales as well.
If there are any updates that the company makes which I am sure there will be, I will revisit this review and update the changes.

Hello Wes, that is good to hear. Some of these MLM companies coffees taste like cardboard or too medicinal where adding creamer doesn’t even help. I appreciate the offer, but I enjoy my brand.
