Is Biteroi a scam?
This is definitely one of the questions that we are going to take a close look into to find out if it legit or not.
This is one of the last cryptocurrency MLM companies to appear, so I decided to check it out for myself.
I also discovered some promotions about it on some of the websites I follow.
Maybe you were approached by someone in the company who talked about these business opportunities, and now you’re here to make sure it’s legitimate?
The good news is that I will guide you through everything to make sure you make the right decision.
So let’s dive down to learn if this is legitimate or a scam.
The Biteroi Company Review
After exploring their website and social media, I discovered that I could not find any information anywhere on who runs this program.
I investigated the domain of the Biteroi site “biteroi.com” and discovered that it had been registered privately on March 30, 2018.
However, I’m sorry to inform you that there is no more information that the registry of the domain or the company website itself provides to share who the real owner/s are.
First red flag!
Let’s continue.
The Biteroi Products Review
If you check the company site, it states that it will “delivering profits” and provide some crazy ROI commission amounts.
They have no physical or digital products or retail services, but you can become an affiliate and promote their membership if you want to.
So no products that this company offers whether it is digital or physical, and no mention of who owns it.
Not looking good Biteroi, not looking good at all.
Red flag #2!
Another company that operates in this space is Unifii.
So sorry again folks, couldn’t help you with more product information on what the company provides, but it is what it is when dealing with this type of program.

Biteroi Compensation Plan
So the compensation plan is structured in an MLM pay plan with multiple depths.
As the website states, there are two ways to earn money with this company.
The first way is through their investment opportunity where you can get a certain ROI and the second way is to sponsor new people into the business opportunity.
Biteroi Investment Opportunity
When you start as an affiliate, you can invest funds with the promise of an ROI of 3% to 3.83% per day.
- Investing from $25 to $50,000 and get 3% ROI daily for 60 days (180%)
- Invest $100 to $100,000 and get 25% ROI weekly for 12 weeks (300%)
- Invest $500 to $200,000 and receive 115% monthly ROI for 4 months (460%)
That pretty much sums up the investment part of my comp plan review.
As you can see, not too much to it.
But since you can earn without doing a thing, and not have any physical or digital product that would have to be a strike 3 in my book.
Really straightforward and suspiciously guaranteed ROI for your investment.
Let’s now take a look at the sponsoring part, or traditional MLM pay structure that this company offers.
Biteroi Affiliate Referral Program
When you sponsor new people in Biteroi, you can get commissions through their unilevel compensation pay plan structure.
This is what they call their affiliate referral program.
Biteroi limits the level of the unilevel depth of levels to four levels in total and pays you a percentage on investments.
Here is what you get:
- Level 1 (Affiliates personally sponsored) – 10%
- Level 2 – 3%
- Level 3 and 4 – 1%
Biteroi Representative Program
Here is what you get for when you join as a representative:
- Level 1 (Affiliates personally sponsored) – 14%
- Level 2 – 4%
- Level 3 and 4 – 1%
You can join Biteroi for free, but you can only earn referral fees.
To do to earn off of this crazy ROI scheme, you have to invest at least $25.
So like you see, there is not that much to it all.
But here is the question that you have been waiting for…
Is Biteroi a Scam?
Even a blind man can tell what I am about to say on the legitimacy of the Biteroi company.
3 strikes and you’re out!
Yes, I would say it is not hard to make a judgment that in the US, that this company is a scam.
A Ponzi scheme would be more of an accurate assessment.
But either way, my opinion is that it is a scam.

My Final Biteroi Review and Thoughts
When I researched and looked at their website, Biteroi claimed to have made their ROI through cryptocurrency trading, however, they do not provide any proof of this.
On top of that, there is no evidence that this can be stable or definite for long-term and guaranteed returns.
No one knows who runs or owns the company and that is a huge red flag for me in my book.
Why should you join something without knowing who is managing it?
The other huge and red flag that everyone should be able to see is the crazy ROI they are claiming.
If they could really pull that ROI off in that way, why would they need investment from affiliates?
I mean think logically.
To give back?
Come on, nope!
They could get a small bank loan and destroy it.
However, what I believe is happening is that the funds invested are paying the existing members to fund those ROIs.
This is proven not to work and has destroyed some people financially.
When people stop sponsoring new members, ROI will crash and the anonymous owner will run with the money.
That is what will happen 99.9% of the time with companies just like this one.
Don’t join and save your money and a lot of time and frustration.
If you do good, just make sure you prepare yourself for a knock at your door by some federal agent wanting to know where that money is at also.
Or just get taxed at the end of the year with a huge sum.
