Welcome to my AirBit Club Review!
Is AirBit Club a scam?
This is one of the questions that are very important to know before joining a program or opportunity.
We are also going to research various information that the company website should provide like the company background and owners, the products or service they offer, and the compensation plan, and how you can earn commissions.
There have been a ton of companies in this MLM niche that I was curious about how AirBit Club was different.

Hopefully, it is different because the majority of them turned out to be total scams. (the correct term would be a Pyramid Scheme)
So I decided to take the time and research and publish my finding here.
The first section of my review will cover information about what AirBit Club is.
Let’s go ahead and get started.
AirBit Club Review – What Is It?
AirBit Club is an opportunity to make money online.

They offer the ability to earn through an ROI with a system they have and also through an MLM structure where when you refer new members, and they invest the company will reward you with commissions.
They deal in cryptocurrency and mining to fuel the opportunity and the commissions.
We will learn more about the company and who is behind it in the next section of my review.

AirBit Club Company Overview
The AirBit Club company was founded by Renato Rodriquez and Gutemberg dot Santos back in 2015.

The founders have been involved with similar types of business structures before, so they are no strangers to this type of opportunity.
As a matter of fact, they have both been involved with ViziNova and WCM777 that both have been labeled by the regulators as Ponzi Schemes.
So there is that issue.
Are these founders trying to start up something similar but with legitimate aspects, so they can produce a great long-term company for people?
We will have to see with the rest of this review to find out.
There is not too much further information I can find about the company and owners.
Let’s move on to the next section of my review that covers information about the products that AirBit Club offers.

AirBit Club Products Review
When I took the time to look around the company website I couldn’t find any retail products for sale.

I did read mentions of tools that you receive when you join the program as an affiliate that will help you trade cryptocurrency in the marketplace, but other than that I couldn’t find anything available for purchase on the website.
What AirBit Club does have is the opportunity to purchase various cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin and trade them in the marketplace.
Basically, the way that trading works in any market is you will want to buy low and sell high.
AirBits Club will also provide you the ability to market the opportunity to earn commissions through referral marketing, but that is not really a product.
That is really all there is to the products that AirBit Club offers, the next section I will go into will cover details about the compensation plan and how it works.
AirBit Club Compensation Plan
The AirBit Club compensation plan works with 2 MLM commission structures along with an ROI model.
The referral commissions are paid 2 ways which are:
- A Binary Commission Structure
- A Matrix Commission Structure

The MLM side of the pay plan works through referral marketing where you will need to find people to join the business opportunity, and when they do you earn commissions.
The ROI side of the commission’s plan works where the company mining efforts will awards you with a positive ROI for leaving your cryptocurrency with them so that the mining software will earn you a profit for a certain amount of days with them which I will give more detail in a sec.
Just like all MLM companies in this niche, you will earn referral commissions.
AirBit Club offers 3 levels of membership.
These membership levels include:
- Executive Level – $250
- Corporate Level – $500
- Pro Level – $1000
These initial membership investments will be broken up to pay 50% to the paying member, and 50% goes towards bitcoin mining.
Fast Start Commissions
You will earn 20% commissions from the investment that member purchases with AirBit Club.
ROI Commissions
The ROI pays out for your investment up to 300 times.
The full ROI that you invested in can mature and payout between 150 and 300 days depending on what level you joined it.
At the end of the 150 to 300 days if you decide to reinvest there is a renewal fee of 35% which goes towards the compensation plan to pay out members.
Referral Commissions
AirBit Club also has referral commissions that payout through a binary MLM structure and a Matrix MLM compensation plan structure.
The binary structure has only 2 legs and goes to unlimited levels down.
The Matrix is a 3X18 structure and depending on what level you invested in will depend on how many levels of the matrix you can earn from.
Matrix Commissions
There is a total of 581 million positions when filled.
When a position is filled you will earn a $10 commission.
Like I mentioned before there are level caps depending on what membership you joined at which are:
- Executive Level – At the Executive level, you can only earn from the first 3 levels of the Matrix.
- Corporate Level – You can earn from the first 7 levels of the Matrix compensation plan.
- Pro Level – You can earn from all 18 levels of the compensation plan.
Binary Commissions
The binary commission plan works on a point system that triggers a commission payout.
The way that it works is when you accumulate 200 points on your right leg and 200 points on your left leg you will earn a $20 commission payout.
You are capped at the number of commissions that you can earn per day by the membership level you joined it.
The number of points will also depend on the membership level that a person joins at.
The points, earnings per day, and levels are explained here:
- Executive Level – This membership will earn 200 points and is capped at $500 per day commissions that you can earn.
- Corporate Level – This membership will earn 400 points and is capped at $1000 per day commissions that you can earn.
- Pro Level – This membership will earn 900 points and is capped at $10,000 per day commissions that you can earn.
That is really all there is to it when it comes to the AirBit Club compensation plan.
The next section of my review I will cover will explain some of the questions that people may have about the AirBit Club opportunity.

What Is The Total Cost To Join AirBit Club?
The affiliate membership is $50 per month plus one of the packages below:

- Executive – $250
- Corporate – $500

The only difference between these packages really is the income potential that’s offered.
Is AirBit Club Accredited With The BBB?
No, AirBit Club is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
These types of companies are never shown on the BBB website.
If they are in my experience they usually have a rating of N/A.
Is AirBit Club A Scam?

In my opinion, I feel that this company does not follow many guidelines that are put in place to protect people from scams.
Yes, in my opinion, AirBit Club is a scam.
A more accurate description of what type of business model AirBit Club is would be called a Ponzi Scheme.
Apparently, they have run into some trouble with the SEC in the Philippines over the poor business model which can be found here.

My Final AirBit Club Review and Final Thoughts
When asked if I felt AirBit Club was a scam I said I do think it is a scam.
The more appropriate term would be a Ponzi Scheme.
The reason why I say this is that there are no products for retail sale.
When you have an MLM-style compensation plan, products for retail customers are a must-have to abide by the law.
Another reason is the ROI.
There have been many companies that have got shut down by government officials due to them claiming that the company is dealing with unregistered securities which is illegal.
These programs mainly started getting shut down in the US, but now many countries all over the world are getting involved and shutting many of them down. (all of them if they can do it, but they don’t have the resources available, I’ve only seen governments getting involved when the companies grow quite substantially in profit or getting major attention)
If they are using the mining to produce the amazing profit-producing results to sustain the payouts that they claim they are (which is hard to believe) then great, this can work.
But here is the thing…
Where is the proof?
Look, we are all adults here so in the end, the choice is yours.
You have all the information to make an informed decision on whether you think AirBit Club is a scam or not.
So what are you going to do?
This is all I have for the AirBit Club opportunity.
